The renovation of a historic house in the Pelhrimov heritage zone combines sustainability, modern technology, and material upcycling. Original elements were restored, while smart home systems optimize energy use. Recycled materials and local resources reduced waste and emissions. The design incorporates the Voronoi pattern, enhancing aesthetics. The house serves multiple purposes, from commercial spaces to tourist accommodations, demonstrating a balance between history, ecology, and innovation.

PlaYInn is a project designed to foster community and a sense of belonging among young by enhancing the quality of public plazas based on NEB criteria. It is an innovative, co-creative solution that improves public spaces through an adaptable, ephemeral design, meeting the evolving needs of adolescents and young citizens. The project has been developed through a close collaboration between the City Council and the local university (URJC), applying an innovative prototyping methodology.

Resilient Park, is a transformative public space shaped by principles of sustainability, inclusivity, and aesthetic excellence. The park seamlessly integrates its environment by using excavated material as a key building element, reducing waste and promoting resource efficiency. The multifunctional spaces within the park cater to a wide range of needs, from a dynamic basketball court and elevated cageball arena to an adaptable amphitheater, offering both recreation and community engagement.

House Seed is a log building situated in the rural area of southern Finland. The design solutions and materials of the building are nature-based. According to research log buildings are carbon sink and have over hundred year life-cycle. Log buildings can easily be moved to an other place and all wood parts are reusable. Wooden buildings improve health, well-being the quality of life. Natural beauty of wood buildings strengthens everyone.

After conservation and reconstruction works, Dobele Castle has become a multifunctional centre for culture, crafts and tourism development. During the construction works, archaeological research, conservation works and the construction of new infrastructure were carried out. The castle was built in the middle of the 14th century and was inhabited until 1730. For 300 years the castle was uninhabited and thanks to a unique conservation concept, the castle has been reborn in a new, modern form.

"Adopt a Trail: Reviving Nature Paths" restores lost trails that have become inaccessible due to natural overgrowth. Through volunteer clean-ups and community activities, we make these paths walkable again. To enhance accessibility, we offer virtual tours of the trails, allowing anyone to explore them from anywhere in the world. Visitors to the Ansó office can also use VR headsets to preview all eight digitized trails before setting off on their journey.

Sirope Lab: "Designing New Futures with Biomaterials" explores the revaluation of agri-food waste into biomaterials through digital fabrication. Based in València, it integrates science, art, and ecology, using local waste like orange peels and mussel shells. Through workshops and collaborations, the project promotes biomaterials as a circular economy alternative, ensuring solutions are not only feasible but also culturally and economically sustainable.

Eleven climate-responsive homes in Palma blend vernacular architecture with sustainability, using passive design to ensure cross-ventilation, natural light, and thermal comfort. Their flexible layouts maximize usability, while locally sourced materials and prefabrication minimize environmental impact. With drainable gardens and native vegetation enhancing resilience, this social housing project becomes a model of circular economy and adaptive, climate-conscious design.

Ensure equal access to social services for rural residents of the community, particularly those living in remote and hard-to-reach areas, by establishing service points at their place of residence, through infrastructure development and the implementation of new service delivery approaches. The project involves the introduction of an innovative model for creating social service points. As a result residents will gain quick and convenient access to social needs, improving their quality of life

Echo Labs is a concrete example of industrial symbiosis that experiments innovative sustainability production projects, with high inclusion social value through a global approach and local projects. The interaction of profit and non-profit companies network, cooperate to feed circular economy supply chain capable of using used wood, generating new beauty and value. Training fragile individuals generate inter-generation dialogue, allowing them to become skilled craftsman.
