Heilbronn’s Neckarbogen showcases the city’s transformation, turning a former brownfield into a vibrant, green urban district. Featuring award-winning architecture, it gained prominence during the 2019 German National Garden Show (BUGA). The first phase is complete, housing 700 residents. 20% of the living space is subsidised to promote diversity and inclusivity. By 2035, Neckarbogen will grow into a lively community and commercial hub for 3,500 residents and 1,000 employees.

"Ora: Guardians of Change" is a creative movement where women reclaim their voices through art, design, and storytelling. Inspired by Albania’s mythical Oras—spiritual guides of destiny—this project empowers women to shape their own future. Through TED Talks, podcasts, and wearable art like hand-painted kimonos, we turn personal narratives into collective strength, redefining belonging and sparking social transformation. Women rise. Change follows.

Rise for Rice project aims to use rice waste, such as: rice straw, rice husk and rice flour, in order to save the rice fields from the large wildfires on the territory of the Municipality of Kočani (North Macedonia) and to obtain designs and a prototype-design of products, such as: furniture, decorative objects, rice paper, lamps, pigments and textile materials.

The Periscope Tower is a giant wooden periscope structure that engages the viewer in a dialogue with the landscape. One can climb up to the viewing deck or get the view through the periscope. It is built on the shore of a man-made lake and a dam created to mitigate the impact of seasonal flooding on the Ostrobothnian lowlands. The dam is a functional piece of technical infrastructure constructed to improve resilience in the area. With the tower, it has now been harnessed to recreational use.

Stadtholz transforms Vienna’s felled urban trees into valuable resources for art, design and public use. In collaboration with municipal authorities, we rescue quality wood that would otherwise be discarded, giving it new life and preserving its environmental value. By reimagining these trees, we unlock possibilities for a circular economy, showcasing how local materials can drive sustainable innovation.

ReBin is a sustainability-driven initiative focused on locating, collecting, repairing, repainting, and reinstalling metal trash bins in public spaces. Instead of discarding old or damaged bins, we locate them and with Stylida Municipality’s support we collect them, send them for restoration, receive them back clean restored and paint them according the place we will place them. By extending their lifespan we promote waste reduction, urban cleanliness, and environmental responsibility.

The project resulted in the arrangement of a youth space that became a place for communication, interaction, implementation of ideas and initiatives of young people. It is adapted to the needs of different categories of young people, including local residents, internally displaced persons, young professionals, pupils and students. The project opened up new opportunities for creating youth programs, attracting investors and developing the local creative potential of the community
