MAS WEEK addresses the theme of urban, social and cultural regeneration of Taranto. It intends to enhance the architectural, landscape and socio-cultural riches of the city and investigate the themes of living, sustainable construction, beauty, protection of the environment and landscape. Through Architecture, Design and Art it aims to strengthen the citizen's sense of belonging to the city, trigger links with the surrounding environment and strengthen the sense of identity in an inclusive way.

This aesthetic medicine clinic is housed in a 1950s building, once the administrative center of the State Machine Center in Gostyń. The project involved a comprehensive renovation, preserving the building's historical essence while integrating modern design. The design balances heritage and innovation, creating a contemporary, functional environment, while being adapted to utilize local resources, ensuring job opportunities and showcasing the power of collective action for a shared goal.

The Eco Unity project united the Albanian NGO Education Code and the Serbian NGO ACDC in a groundbreaking partnership for environmental justice. This initiative empowered women and youth across ethnicities through workshops, advocacy meetings, and SME mapping. Participants engaged in educational activities, fostering unity and sustainable action plans. Conducted in Albanian, Serbian, and English, the project emphasized biodiversity conservation, circular economy principles, and cultural heritage

The Umbauhof (Rebuild and Reuse Yard) transforms municipal recycling sites into hubs for salvaged building materials, promoting reuse, sustainability, and circular construction. Through pop-up interventions, it engages communities, sparks dialogue, and showcases the potential of reclaimed materials. Looking ahead, the vision is to establish permanent Umbauhöfe – learning centers and marketplaces for circular building – redefining rural construction practices.

The campus of Merseburg University is shaped by GDR buildings from the 1950s and 1960s. A two-story extension at Dormitory 8 is now repurposed as a kindergarten. The existing 3-meter grid proved highly flexible for group rooms, a kitchen, and sanitary facilities. Large-format windows give the long wing a contemporary look and provide ample natural light.

Connecting Urban Innovation with Rural Sustainability NL bridges urban-rural linkages through education 5.0, digital fabrication, and sustainability. Operating in two key nodes—Guidonia Montecelio and Magliano Sabina—it fosters innovation, creativity, and community well-being. By empowering individuals with future-ready skills, Nodelab promotes healthier, smarter, and more resilient environments, connecting people, ideas, and territories across diverse contexts.

“Laguna nel bicchiere – le vigne ritrovate” aims at (re)building the fragmented Venetian social fabric by regenerating forgotten vineyards, gardens, and orchards scattered across the lagoon of Venice, Italy. It seeks to revive the city’s overlooked historical urban-rural relationship, enhancing a renewed sense of belonging through sustainable, collective, and care-full land stewardship. Its fruits foster the ties among such a diverse, intergenerational community in a symbolic glass of wine.

Beesphere is a cultural ecosystem led by artists, cultural workers, and landscape architects. We design social art spaces that connect people with pollinators. We build pavilions for honeybees, create hope spots rich in nectar and pollen, and develop new pollinator projects through spontaneous, social, innovative, and participatory collaborations, ignited by our 'swarming intelligence'.

The Platform City as a Stage examines city spaces by engaging with people, taking notes, photographs, and videos, and debating with authorities. Through performative engagement with architectural heritage, it aims to learn from the modernist utopia and use it as a resource, extracting elements like solidarity and equality. By involving locals, it rethinks how transnational solidarity can reshape the city.
