The Rehabilitation of the San Francisco Convent and conversion of the church into a Performing Arts Center has become an emblem of the fight against depopulation and institutional collaboration. Architecture has drawn an unwritten future: congresses, cinema, concerts, dance, theater, culture in conditions of quality and equality with those of a large city. A year after the Center opened, more than 16,000 spectators, 2,000 visitors, more than 70 events have passed where nothing happened before.

FIKA Pop-Up Experience is an open, ever-changing creative gathering where anyone can join, connect and create. Held in different locations, each event transforms a space into a hub for art, conversation and spontaneous fun. There is welcoming atmosphere where people can express themselves, choose from different activity, meet new friends and feel part of a creative community. Whether painting, crafting or simply enjoying the vibe, FIKA is about belonging, self-expression and shared moments

The Seed Pavilion is a participatory ecological art project that reimagines community connection to Glenbower Wood. Through workshops, ecological innovation, and sustainable design, the pavilion embodies themes of regeneration, collaboration, and stewardship. It serves as a bridge between art and nature, promoting biodiversity and inspiring reflection on the cultural and ecological significance and legacy of a community-owned woodland.

10 millions tonnes of seashells are discarded as waste each year, despite their high calcium carbonate content.This project collects urban seashell waste from consumption, otherwise discarded as normal waste, and combines it with algae-based biopolymers into a heat-free bioceramic for sustainable construction. By exploring modular design and bioregional value chains, the project rethinks marine waste, aligning with the blue economy to create innovative, eco-friendly building materials.

How to respond to climate crisis? Our answer is: everything, everywhere, everyone, all at once. Girotondo Basecamp is an architectural award winning corporate hospitality hub, circular economy fablab and female entrepreneurship incubator with permaculture gardens. Inspired by the NEB movement we explore and scale promising solutions for social cohesion, resource reuse and equality. We’re using art, beauty and lifestyle as a media for our message which engages multiple societal levels.

Have you ever thought of water as a walk, a source of culture, a meeting ground? The Walkers of Water invite you to The Hadrian's Aqueduct and join a process of imaginative, structured, artistic, participatory activities aiming to reconnect citizens with nature both as participants and co-designers. UrbanDig "water-walks" the Hadrian Aqueduct, drawing inspiration from its triple status as an obscure cultural monument, an unused water vein, and an unseen underground route.

In 2023, the municipal administration transformed this abandoned area in the center of the town into an urban forest connected to the river, the cycle path, the historic buildings and the exhibition centre. 494 planted plants, in partnership with Yves-Rocher Foundation, also involving local associations and volunteer citizens. In 2024, the valorization of the place was completed by creating a 6 km signposted pedestrian route that connects this planting with the most beautiful nearby places.

Gdynia OdNowa is a revitalization project, that brings degraded areas of the city out of a multidimensional crisis. Project activities cover three districts, involving residents in decision-making processes and using local resources. The project, financed from European funds and the city budget, focuses on infrastructure development and civic participation. Gdynia OdNowa has gained recognition at the local, national and international level, winning numerous nominations and awards.

Design-build construction of a barracks of 31 dwellings, garden apartment style with a parking spot for each dwelling, and office space for the gendarmes of Lannion and their families. This is a beneficial project for the entire region: 95% of the companies mobilized on the projects are local companies (Côtes d'Armor). The project itself cost €11M, supported by a loan from the Caisse des Dépôts and insured by the CD22 (loan guarantee).

The aim of the village center redevelopment project in Herrenberg-Mönchberg was to renew the town center of Mönchberg and to promote private construction and renovation measures in the town that would revitalize the current living situation and provide space for social interaction. The modernization of public buildings in cooperation with private owners around the village square now offers an attractive meeting place for the population.
