The Vision 31 project at the Cultural Campus in Frankfurt am Main is building an experimental space. An open space that promotes dialogue, creativity, and culture for the responsible use of common resources for the city of tomorrow, in which everyone can be part of it. A space for active participation in urban development, in an urban area that is currently in the midst of a multifaceted transformation process of vacancy, interim use, visions and demolition.

Koreli Park in Võru (ESTONIA) may be viewed as a vibrant urban oasis co-created by the municipality, local community & nature itself. Once a neglected area, it has been transformed into a thriving green space that embodies the NEB values: sustainability, inclusion & aesthetics. Park serves as a model of dynamic urban place where nature, design thinking & citizens’ will have successfully come together - a proof that inclusive urban planning can enhance both environment & quality of life for all.

The Educational apartment empowers tenants with practical skills to reduce energy consumption and improve home management. Through interactive workshops in fully equipped apartments, residents learn eco-friendly habits, energy-saving techniques, and DIY maintenance. This innovative initiative combats energy poverty, fosters sustainable living, and enhances tenant autonomy, making housing more inclusive and resilient

The OPENS Youth Center is a dynamic, sustainable urban regeneration project that transformed the Petar Drapšin factory in Novi Sad into a vibrant cultural hub for youth. With solar panels, waste sorting, and historic preservation, it blends green energy and inclusivity. The center offers services like an Innovation Hub, Mental Health Club, and Job Info Center, empowering youth through engagement, support, and opportunities.

‘I’Mariupol. Housing’ - is a unique programme for the renovation of abandoned buildings into modern social housing with comfortable living conditions for internally displaced persons from the temporarily occupied Mariupol, Donetsk region, Ukraine. Successfully repaired and renovated into social housing, a 10-story building in Dnipro, Ukraine, with a total area of 4700 square meters, provides 228 modern smart apartments for the 680 Mariupol residents from vulnerable categories of IDPs.

The 2 Hum-animal Relational Areas are part of the 15km Animal lines, much more than simple dog run areas, rather green places conceived and designed with the aim of making the moments of sharing a source of psychophysical wellbeing for humans and pets, inreasing neighborly and dialogue. With their special vibe and NBS furnitures, the Relational Areas are an inclusive, accessible meeting space, enjoyable in all its parts to host events and activities involving the whole community

The Gorbitzer Zwingerfestspiele were a week-long performance initiated by FOR:UM in Dresden on a temporarily opened sports field, organized together with local actors and residents. The main goal is to reopen the space permanently. This neighborhood is a socio-culturally mixed place lacking public, lively spaces.Throughout the festival, the site hosted low-threshold activities such as DIY construction workshops, a neighborhood kitchen, and an open cultural stage to strengthen the communal sense.

Due to urbanization and traffic prioritization, the central public space of Heřmanice became an unofficial parking lot—an unsafe asphalt area contributing to urban heat and air pollution. The project aimed to enhance sustainability through rainwater management, greening, and biodiversity while improving community life. Locals actively participated in the design process alongside experts in architecture, transportation, and landscaping.
