Hidden PathsS-ZASS: Consolidating gardens is a project, a challenge, an exploration of community gardening in the districts of the city of Madrid. An adventure that starts from a reality that has already begun years ago in the city's neighborhoods: The need of citizens to improve the spaces and common areas that have been degraded or abandoned by the administration to turn them into spaces for enjoyment, innovation and learning.

Guardians of the Sand is a project to empower children as young leaders in environmental defence and was held at Praia da Tocha (Cantanhede, Portugal), a local beach that located in a Natura 2000 Network site known by its dune biodiversity and excellent waves. The activities were designed by the young leaders and involved all sectors of the local and visiting communities, allowing them to reconnect with nature and stimulating the importance of nature protection and environmental sustainability.

The restoration of Parco Rossi involved the recovery of paths, historical artifacts and architectural structures, restoring the original design of the park. Accessible paths were created for the blind and people with motor difficulties, with adequate paving and tactile signs. Furthermore, interactive multimedia systems were introduced, which allow you to explore the park through informative content, making the experience more inclusive for everyone.

Motivated by the goal of improving and modernizing its primary school, the city council of Talizat – organized an architects contest to build an extension and a rehabilitation of the school. Ar.Ter. Agency is attached to working for the collective interest and it is the reason why we invested ourselves into the proposal of a lasting construction of the school, of an architectonic high quality and singular to its territory.

Errante is a mobile, self-sustaining cultural infrastructure that brings art, performance, and community-driven events to rural and underserved areas, fostering inclusion, sustainability, and innovation. Designed through a collaborative and circular approach, it integrates renewable energy, modular design, and shared resources to create adaptive cultural spaces. It rethinks how culture is produced and experienced, making it accessible, low-impact, and community-led.

Our mobile festivals bring life back by offering health support, local markets, cultural events, and administrative help—all in a festive, welcoming setting. By uniting residents, businesses, and local institutions, we foster social bonds and create a re-interpretation of modern rural life by reinventing the village square as a modern hub.

ROOTS – Urban Gardens is an initiative to regenerate community spirit, local biodiversity and green areas in the city, by creating spaces for connecting and involving neighbors, businesses and local authorities, developing urban gardens in apartment buildings and using local community composting as the preferred solution for managing biodegradable waste from households and gardens. The project aims to promote sustainable life in the neighborhood, by empowering people to reconnect with nature.

The Muerbelsmillen project involves the conversion of the old mill known as the Muerbelsmillen (former Moschterfabrick) by refurbishing and converting the former mustard factory at 67-69, rue Mohrfels. It comprises three separate buildings: the mill itself, the "Flohr" residential building and the outbuilding.

The greenhouse was built during the covid19 era, when it was forbidden to go outside. During this dramatic period, the desire to spend time outdoors arose. We decided to build a minimalist, low-budget retreat for a man who found himself in an unprecedented historical situation. This was made all the more difficult because the building is located in a protected area of a nature park. The construction of the greenhouse is the only construction that can be realized on the territory of the Czech Rep
