In December 2024, the City of Zagreb completed the e-Participatory budgeting pilot project. Citizens chose 16 projects across four city districts. The process allowed citizens to propose and vote on solutions to neighborhood challenges, directly influencing how part of the public funds for city districts were spent. In October, projects were proposed, evaluated by district councils and experts, and voted on in November. Winning projects will be financed in 2025 using district council funds.

PAX is an initiative promoted by architects and anthropologists that aims to create affordable housing through cooperative processes, reusing traditional typologies in Córdoba through social innovation strategies. PAX tries to reinforce a Heritage Community and acts as a vector of civil society to promote a change in the collective imaginary to empower citizens and create residential opportunities to safeguard the coexistence in patio-houses as an alternative to depopulation and touristification

A cooperative of young friends who have worked with enthusiasm for recovering and subsequently opening the Catacombs of San Gennaro, afterwards started a process to recover their local heritage and to bringing about the tangible revitalisation of the Sanità, a Naples' neighbourhood that was once prey to the Camorra, creating somewhere for arts and culture to flourish. The culture of care and the care for culture: following this guideline this place has become a living and generative territory.

The project aims to revitalize community life by fostering social cohesion and integrating vulnerable groups at risk of poverty and exclusion. It enhances access to education, employment programs, culture, and ICT while promoting inclusivity through participatory activities. A key focus is supporting vulnerable groups in gaining labor skills and raising awareness to strengthen community ties, encouraging cooperation for sustainable local development.

The project aims to create a model of modern social living, suited to current society. This model is based on the creation of a solid relationship between public and private bodies. Furthermore, it is based on the synergy between cooperatives from various sectors and local associations that provide integrated social housing services. In this way a new housing welfare is created.

The Hidden Garden, a green area adjacent to the medieval walls of Siena located in a 'border' zone between the inner order of urban space and the spontaneity of nature outside; an ecosystem that evolves over time, adapting to human presence and welcoming human experiences, in a relationship of continuous exchange.

"Conect@te in Riolobos" is an innovative project aimed at improving elderly and dependent care through digital transformation. It fosters independent living by providing personalized services, telemedicine, and continuous interaction via a dedicated app. This initiative combats loneliness, prevents depopulation, and creates jobs, enhancing seniors’ quality of life while keeping them in their familiar environment. The project integrates cutting-edge technology with a person-centered care model.

The project dialogues between heritage and current environmental consciousness. The renovation and extension of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Zaragoza integrates the precise restoration of the campus's first building, inaugurated in 1941, with the development of a modern, energy-efficient academic spaces. This undertaking not only revitalizes historical heritage but also propels it into the future, addressing the energy challenges of the 21st century with innovative solutions.

The future of food is the future of our health, safety, and environment. The FURKAN project represents an innovative approach to transforming the food system in the Ostróda community, bridging the gap between urban and rural areas. This initiative engages producers, consumers, and public administrations in a process of diagnosis, co-creation, and education. By identifying long-term challenges and selecting best practices, FURKAN leverages local wisdom to foster sustainable solutions.

"Asalto en Épila" is an artistic and social intervention project in the town, inspired by its history, traditions, community achievements, future challenges, and other identity-related aspects. It aims to foster social cohesion through direct participation and engagement with various artistic proposals, revisiting local identity and strengthening the sense of belonging with a cross-cutting, intergenerational, and participatory approach.
