Since 2019, we’ve successfully launched transformative "Summer of Pionners" projects in multiple regions, connecting urban creatives with rural communities. By offering participants the chance to live, work, and collaborate in the countryside for (at least) half a year, we foster innovation, strengthen local networks, and revitalize rural areas. Together, we’re building future-oriented communities and showing that rural living is full of potential and opportunity.

The construction of a net zero energy house HOME24h represents one of the most modern buildings, which combines the function of living, as well as working from home and active leisure time. The facility is fully supplied with energy and information, includes also mobilty and enables a net-zero energy stay for its users. It is entirely designed in the BiM model, where its digital twin is also designed. With the DOM24h project, we realized one of the biggest achievements of Slovenian companies.

Urban Climate Architects proudly presents the Netherlands’ first fully CLT-constructed care facility, designed for the Salvation Army in Rotterdam. Built with 80% biobased and circular materials, it offers space for 50 clients, day rooms, shared spaces, and offices. Featuring green facades, solar panels, and a biodiverse garden, it achieves the Parisproof goals

Psikologu Online, established in 2021 as Albania’s first platform of its kind, has grown into a global network delivering psychological consultations to both Albanians and international clients. Now, it is expanding with a new initiative focused on advancing the professional development of psychologists.

The Woo2Ewe programme is forward-thinking education designed to bridge the gap between climate education and sustainable living by showcasing the remarkable benefits of wool as a natural, renewable resource. As a champion of climate action, Woo2Ewe empowers children to rethink their relationship with textiles and embrace wool as a powerful tool for reducing waste, supporting critical thinking and stewardship in young people, and combating the environmental impacts of synthetic fibers.

The Borowiackie Apitherapy Center combines the traditions of the Tuchola Forest region with a modern approach to health and nature conservation. It offers apitherapy, educational workshops, and a biodiversity enclave with a wildflower meadow and shelters for wild pollinators, supporting the local ecosystem. It promotes beekeeping, Borowiak traditions, and ecological awareness. Harmoniously integrated into the Tuchola landscape, the center attracts tourists, merging nature, culture, and wellness.

re-GENERATOR is a project that restores the brownfield industrial heritage of the town of Zabok. Focus was on the neglected factory hall of the "ZIVT" factory, which have been turned into modern center of urban culture re-GENERATOR. The project has renovated /reconstruct the industrial lant with a total net usable area of 2,195.90 m2 located in the center the city of Zabok

The Knowledge Garden (KG), part of the COMETA project funded to fight child educational poverty, revitalizes the Agorateca Community Library garden into a multifunctional outdoor education space. KG results from a co-design process and a participatory self-construction workshop directed by two experts: Arch. Marco Terranova and designer Gabriella Mastrangelo. KG features platforms, shade sails, and benches, fostering "learning everywhere" through sustainable materials and innovative layouts.

Going Dark is a series of art installations that raises awareness of light pollution and how it can be addressed through collective civic action. The project uses interactive new media formats to immerse participants in a virtual experience of urban and natural spaces at night. By blending art, technology, and environmental advocacy, the project fosters environmental responsibility, empowering communities to take action and spark meaningful local change.
