The Knowledge Park connects city and country in Lund's new district of Brunnshög. The park is both a regional tourist attraction, a farming area and an everyday park for the approximately 40,000 people who are expected to live and work here when the district is fully developed. The park will also protect Brunnshög from flooding.

The cascading floors of the AERA office building form the basis for an extraordinary park landscape that extends across the entire building. This green oasis extends the office space into the outdoors and offers impressive views over the capital. It combines architecture and nature in an innovative way and creates a space that removes the boundaries between inside and outside and creates a direct connection to the surrounding urban landscape, which is open to everyone.
All over Germany there is a housing shortage. Every available apartment is occupied. Nevertheless we need to modernize our property portfolio to reach the efficiency goals and to stay on our 1,5°C company pathway we have worked out in 2022. Typically, in the old fashioned way, the work takes a minimum of 16 months. Our "Energiesprong Modernisation" for 3 houses with 24 apartements took only 3 months. At the end we have satisfied tennants and 3 good looking houses which everyone is proud of.
