Hasička initiative combines architectural heritage with modern design to create a space that inspires both residents and visitors and enhaced the quality of live in the town.

The "DIKTYNNA" initiative is a model of sustainable and socially conscious public building renovation, combining energy efficiency, aesthetic quality, and social cohesion.This project is not just about renovating a building but about creating a new approach to social policy, energy, and architecture, focusing on both people and the environment. It intersects the repurposing of a municipal building with a change of use while innovating and preserving the architectural aesthetics

In Tomelilla, a new school area is about to be developed with the principles of Doughnut Economics as a compass. Our challenge: How can the new school and its surrounding area contribute to Tomelilla becoming a thriving place for thriving people, while simultaneously respecting the planet and the well-being of others? Our children have contributed to the masterplan. Now we are taking the next steps towards trying to create a school area that is beautiful for our eyes, minds and souls.

Climate crisis and unwanted loneliness are two of the main challenges of our generaiton. With a desperating global warming forecast, mobility is one of the keys were Town Halls can act providing multimodal transport infrastructure. On the other hand, despite being in a digital hyper-connected society, loniless is becoming more and more common for different age groups. Barrendain is a unique innitaitve where these diverse threats are addressed through urban design based on participation.

Ecos Machico develops a unique combination of knowledge and inovation as a response to the current demands for sustainable development, through the implementation of a territorial marketing strategy, based on the valorisation of the municipality's natural and cultural heritage.

Our project consists of renovating a disused municipal building to make it a place of life, exchange and transgenerational sharing. To do this, we will create on the ground floor: a grocery store and a café, both associative and participatory. The upper floor will be valued as a multifunctional place open to the greatest number.

Connecting generations! Our Intergenerational Center is a vibrant space where young and old connect, share, and learn from eachother. Through engaging activities, shared experiences, and meaningful conversations, we build bridges between generations, fostering a stronger, more connected community. Join us in creating a future where wisdom meets curiosity, and friendships know no age!

In Beaulieu-lès-Loches, many residents want to see a revival of activity in the heart of the city. Also, a joint work was initiated by the municipality and an association. The municipality is responsible for the building (acquisition, rehabilitation and upgrading), while the association is responsible for the animation. The "Conventuals" would be a "third place" of exchange and meeting, including a grocery store and a café associative, workshops and a collective garden.

Springboard Homes in Ansó offers newcomers a unique opportunity to experience rural life in a sustainable and inclusive way. Transforming an old municipal storage building into four energy-efficient homes, the initiative provides affordable housing for up to three years, free access to a coworking space, a community garden, and e-mobility facilities. Co-created with local residents, this project fosters community integration and supports rural revitalization through innovation and sustainability
