Urban Sunrise is an urban and social regeneration project designed to revitalize one of Alcamo’s most complex neighborhoods. A model of inclusion, sustainability, and innovation, it aims to enhance residents' quality of life by overcoming physical, spatial, and social barriers that have fostered isolation and inequalities for decades. Urban Sunrise goes beyond redesigning spaces—it reshapes relationships, fostering new opportunities for a resilient community.

The Municipality is building a new school for children aged 0-6 in a recently urbanized area, to replace the old, undersized one. The location, surrounded by green spaces, is also home to the Sferisterio stadium, where the traditional sport pallapugno is played. The project promotes outdoor learning and community engagement. The school aims to serve local families, creating a community hub that blends education, sports, and local traditions.

Half of the Portalada’s school square was closed to traffic, thus gaining a pedestrian public space at the school entrance. Through a specific school program designed by teachers and mobility experts, school students participated in a process to decide how this new space should be transformed. Their proposal, evaluated by municipal technicians, involved a vegetated recreational area for people of all types and ages.

Renovation of the unique built in 1880 Bulgarian National Revival closed School building and patio located in Svezhen village, shall preserve the authentic architecture heritage, craftsmanship, culture, knowledge and traditions. Further adaptation and re-use as educational cultural touristic center ensures conservation of the national identity as part of the European diversity, bringing value for the local people, regional development and offering to visitors accessible memorable experience.

A collective project for the benefit of all The rehabilitation of the community hall into MULTIPLE SPACE reflects the commitment of the elected officials and the residents of Saint-Michel-de-Bannières to create a vibrant venue that meets everyone’s needs and aligns with current challenges. This project highlights the importance of continuous consultation, the active involvement of all local stakeholders, and an exemplary environmental approach.

Our initiative transforms the Sacrofano Public Library into a modern, inclusive, and sustainable space. Inspired by the New European Bauhaus, it combines accessibility, technology, and eco-friendly solutions to create a vibrant cultural hub. With redesigned spaces, smart energy systems, and interactive multimedia areas, the library becomes a dynamic center for learning, creativity, and community engagement.

This rehabilitation and construction project represents a unique opportunity to revitalize the center of the town by offering new living spaces, services and shops. It is part of a process of revitalizing the local fabric and promoting existing built heritage.

"Gradara Beyond the Walls" is a three-year project that bridges past and present by redefining the iconography of Francesca da Rimini, the mythical figure from Dante’s Divine Comedy. Six renowned Italian street artists have created murals that reinterpret Francesca, forming an open-air museum and revitalizing urban spaces. The next phase, co-designed with the local community, will merge contemporary art and sustainability to regenerate Parco delle Emozioni, one of Gradara’s public parks.
