Since 2023, Pézenas town council has launched a project to renovate one of the town's entrances, formerly a national road with no sidewalks, into a green avenue for shared use by local residents and shopkeepers, including antique dealers, as well as residents and tourists. The project involves reducing the size of the area dedicated to motor vehicles, creating a protected cycling zone and installing sidewalks where none existed before as well as planting 239 trees into a biological corridor.

Facing demographic challenges, Balninkai transformed a vacant school into a modern social care center for the elderly and disabled. The "Modernization of the school building in Balninkai" project, initiated in 2019 and expanded in 2024, provides vital services and comfortable accommodations. Funded by EU and national sources, the project has created jobs, improved infrastructure, and reduced social exclusion. This initiative demonstrates how communities can address social needs.

The aim of the project is to implement the transformation of the Town Center into a place to be lived in during all hours of the day, orderly from the point of view of the road system and pleasant to walk and bike through, where it will be possible to encourage the establishment of neighborhood commercial activities and high quality services strongly integrated with the landscape of the Adda Nord Park, so as to make Cassano even more attractive and competitive on the metropolitan scale

Renovation of the Civic Center located in the hamlet of Isola dell'Abbà for the conservation of cultural heritage

The First School is a joint initiative by Darabani Town Hall and the North Association to transform an abandoned area into a vibrant community hub. Bringing together local authorities, civil society, schools, and experts, the project is reconstructing Moldova’s first rural public school (1841) with traditional techniques and materials. Once completed, it will function as an educational centre, complementing the already completed park and summer theatre.
The Fisgas de Ermelo Interpretive Center involves the rehabilitation of an old forestry house, located within the protected area of the Alvão Natural Park, to serve as a privileged place for enhancing and preserving the natural and cultural heritage and ways of life of the population of the Alvão Natural Park. Technology is a central point to promote a dynamic and immersive experience for its users, bringing them emotionally closer to the territory.
