In SaaS, underused spaces has been turned into inspiring spaces for education, positive exchanges between children and local neighbourhoods, supporting an inclusive community and empowering children to become equal members of the society. We feature an interdisciplinary development of networked spatial and educational resources and an optimised use of spaces – a model of open community hubs and co-creation places based on social diversity, inclusiveness and resource efficient sustainability.

At the time when almost 40% of the population lives in crowded conditions and the average living space per person consists of 15,4 m2, multifunctional furniture has become the greatest solution. To make the most of the space you have, all you realy need ist a open mind! The Sideboard presents a solution to arrange little space at its best. It is able to adapt to the user's needs by the use of a few simple moves. This very intelligent module is capable of replacing 10 furniture furniture items.

When city suburb areas become stigmatised and marginalised, they also tend to miss out on opportunities to regenerate offered by public bodies. This neighbourhood regeneration project promoted by a private entity, implemented a structured citizen participatory methodology and process based on public draw and quadruple helix principles, to reinvent a deteriorated area and transform it into a safe, sustainable, inclusive and attractive place to live, reconnect and share.

An innovative & collaborative project, the ambition of the Play Park was twofold; to create a visionary, highly modern civic space which would inspire & empower a disadvantaged community, while creating new tools, processes & opportunities for collaboration & co-design in public realm projects. Focus was for local community to understand the impact that good public realm design can have on their lives, to improve design literacy, to close the gap between architects & citizens

First ECO-SANDWICH^® House is a unique example of a holistic and innovative approach to sustainable architecture. The house is located in the Green Quarter of City of ​​Koprivnica in Croatia, within the program of social housing. ECO-SANDWICH^® wall system was developed as a result of cooperation between Croatian scientific institutions and industry. It is a ventilated prefabricated wall panel that utilizes recycled construction and demolition waste (CDW) and mineral wool.

CHECK is a cloud-based solution that will delete paper or email receipts from our daily purchases. Indeed, it will permit consumers to centralize their receipts from all stores and provide a professional space to manage their expenses in a smooth process : from the employee to the accounting.

Can you imagine a life without paper receipts or hundreds of emails containing your purchases?

Renovation of an old stone farmhouse located on the UIB campus, to become an innovation center for sustainable and healthy construction. Part of the building has been renovated and the rest rebuilt with innovative techniques which are more natural than industrial (straw, clay mortar, permaculture ...); all of this attending to circularity criteria. The result is an exemple for how to renovate this type of Med structures balancing tradition and innovation and achieving a bioconstruction ecosystem

In accelerating knowledge and technology transfer in the highly regulated construction sector dominated by SMEs, we are breaking new ground in knowledge and technology transfer.

We created a new innovation process, combining approaches from natural sciences, engineering and social sciences in which foresight processes, development and transfer, education and training, and communication are linked together in a novel way. This Innovation process has already been applied successful in practice.

The Sustainable Dream City is raising sustainable awareness amongst our young thru knowledge, engagement and democratic processes. A creative and year-long process of really learning what Agenda 2030 and the Global Goals are all about and how it affects our society!
