The first edition of the New European Bauhaus Prizes was launched to support the NEB initiative's co-design phase, bringing together excellent examples and new ideas that inspired and shaped the NEB concept.

The NEB Prizes 2021 received over 2000 applications and shortlisted 60 finalists with projects and ideas from across the EU. The 2021 edition of the Prizes awarded 20 exemplary projects and ideas were awarded across 10 categories. The winners were celebrated in a vibrant awards ceremony held in Brussels on 16 September 2021.
