New European Bauhaus Prizes 2023

The third edition of the New European Bauhaus Prizes welcomed projects and ideas from the Western Balkans in addition to the EU Member States. The 2023 edition of the Prizes also introduced a new strand dedicated  to education and learning, following the European Year of Skills.

The NEB Prizes 2023 received over 1400 applications and shortlisted 60 finalists, with projects and ideas representing all EU Member States and Western Balkans. The 2023 edition of the Prizes awarded 14 exemplary projects and ideas in four established categories. The winners were announced during an awards ceremony on 22 June 2023, as part of the ‘NEB in Regions and Cities’ event held in Brussels. The 14 laureates of the first European Urban Initiative – Innovative Actions call dedicated to the New European Bauhaus were also announced during the ceremony.
