ŠAFKO ALREADY DOESN'T EXIST.

But - Šafko was a STARTER. 

Šafko led to a MOVEMENT in a society - particularly in the City of Bratislava - people started to look at the public space in a different way - they started to love to use it. It nudged communities in sharing the space, in living outside their houses and flats. It helped to get people interested in politics and nowadays we have a new mayor coming from creative surroundings rapidly changing Bratislava to a really European city.

Scuola 2.0 action aims to prototype five common shared spaces in five schools of North Italy through a co-design process with the communitỳ. The participatory process objective is to change the use and implementation of the school spaces’ infrastructure to make them more functional. The project was an opportunity to build synergies between school and territory to prevent social exclusion through a co-design and prototyping of new scenarios in the educational sphere.

MALVA is a modular planter system built out of materials reclaimed from decommissioned school desks, planted with wild flowers and shrubs from the regional flora, to be installed in various dimensions and configurations in public and communal spaces in urban settings. The aim of the concept is to make accessible to urban dwellers a display of the rich biodiversity of the regions encompassing our cities while providing viable habitats for pollinators and engaging the public in a practical way.

The object of my proposal is the design of an origami pavilion with rigid panels obtained from the repetition of a triangular module. Thanks to parametric modelling and digital fabrication, it was possible to set up a process consisting of five steps:(1) Physical computer simulation of the origami fold;(2) Choice of the fold angle to obtain a set of coherent connections;(3) Generation of the cutting files of each element with relative labeling;(4) Production via laser cutting; and (5) Assembly.

The #GameRoom is made of four walls, with tables, chairs and shelves.

At first it may seem like a normal verse, but setting foot inside its mute appearance. In a few moments it becomes a castle, where heroes to defeat a dragon or pirate galleon that sets sail for new adventures.

Smashing Times and Front Line Defenders in partnership with Amnesty International, Fighting Words, ICCL, NWCI, & Trócaire implemented the 2020 Dublin Arts and Human Rights Festival to showcase and highlight the extraordinary work of human rights defenders in Ireland and around the world, past and present, and the role of the arts and artists in promoting human rights today. The festival ran for ten days from Friday 16 October to Sunday 25 October 2020.

The project aims to recycle Madrid's Mercado de Frutas e Verduras, a building disused in 1983 located south of the city in a strategic position between the two linear parks that line the Manzanarre: the Madrid Río and the Parque Lineal del Manzanares. The recycling of the building will contribute to the creation of a self-sufficient and sustainable city.
