KVART (eng. neighborhood) is a music and community festival that is redefining the abandoned textile factory and its surroundings into a new meeting point and potential neighborhood. Led by young locals together with their broad network of local community, private sector and decision makers. The fusion of cultural expression transforms the once-forgotten space into a dynamic, living environment and demonstrates how an abandoned space can evolve into a vibrant area driven by collective memory.

This project resulted in four new products, namely innovative wooden exterior and interior wall coverings, partition and load-bearing walls for sustainable construction from underutilized wood species and waste material generated in the factory in order to ensure long-term sustainable development and greater efficiency with positive environmental impact.

Superilla Barcelona is redefining urban space in Eixample! This model transforms car-dominated streets into green axes and vibrant squares, reducing pollution and boosting community life. By 2023, four streets and squares were reimagined, prioritizing pedestrians, greenery, and sustainability. Featuring SuDS, permeable surfaces, and urban gardens, this visionary project tackles climate change and social cohesion, setting a new standard for future cities.

The designbuildLAB AE&CC at the National School of Architecture in Grenoble is an experiential learning program focused on the research, development and implementation of ecologically, socially and culturally sustainable architecture. It begins and ends with the premise that the complex challenges of our time will only be solved collaboratively: architects, engineers, educators, students, communities, builders, economists, political leaders working together toward a shared objective.

NBS Comics blends science and storytelling to promote nature-based solutions (NbS) that empower people and nature to thrive together. Through engaging narratives and diverse artistic styles, the comics raise awareness about environmental issues and inspire action. The project involves comic creators, artists, scientists, and NbS experts in an interdisciplinary collaboration to share new voices and ideas for a sustainable, biodiverse future.

In my thesis, I explored the relationship between eating disorders, specifically anorexia nervosa, and food, focusing on related behaviors. I created an absurd group of objects,a ceramic "dinner set" by interpreting typical elements of these behaviors. Through designing serving tools with altered functions, my goal was to represent psychological processes linked to eating, raise awareness of the issue, and encourage empathy towards those affected by the disorder.

An artist-led creative climate action project which took place across 2023-2024 funded by Creative Ireland and Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail, in celebration of the NPWS Little Tern conservation in Kilcoole which is run by BirdWatch Ireland.

The Dragonfly Monument is a sculptural solution, placed in the Park of the Revolution in Kočani (North Macedonia) which initiates a message of environmental protection through one of the biggest indicators of a clean environment - the dragonfly! This insect, which is on the verge of extinction in the vicinity of Kočani, has been immortalized through the Monument, made of 80% recycled material.

Greening Our Schoolyards is a participatory project that transforms an asphalt-covered campus into a sustainable, inclusive, and nature-based space for children.

Inspired by the efficiency of the automotive industry, our prefabricated structures minimize on-site construction time, reducing costs and environmental impact. With flexible configurations and high aesthetic standards, WeOn provides affordable and adaptable housing solutions for a more sustainable future.
