The Innovation Manor is an easily duplicable concept, where a historic property becomes a place promoting education, collaboration and innovation beyond bias. Ours is set in an authentic village in Subcarpathia: Rokietnica. By following sustainable strategies, new technology and a respectful approach to heritage, we envision creating a beautiful place that fosters a sense of community and wellbeing. This concept reflects the very values and strategy of the European Union, as we understand it.

Villagegification's concept aims to revitalize abandoned sites, thereby transforming them into central hubs interweaving urban lifestyle and village settings. Abandoned mines were chosen because these sites are responsible for altered landscapes and also often regarded as wasted potentials. The dynamic nature of this concept is attributed to the three main phases of the development, Convert, Continue, and Complement. Hence, this concept can be adapted and applied across various abandoned sites.

For the past years, there has been a tendency: the bigger and smarter the city is, the better is. But are we sure? Is this quality of life sustainable? Are we creating the best inclusive society in this way? Probably not, as demonstrated by COVID-19 and the sudden rediscovery of small villages, their beauty, tradition and sense of community. But how can design contribute to exploiting the lesson and prevent it from being just as a passing trend? Let’s find out together, villager‘s word of honour

In a world in constant motion, staying is what remains to do to save the marginal territories threatened by the impending abandonment. Tiera Viva aims to counter depopulation by favoring the stay in the territory of Carnia through the revaluation of what is present by the use of a Living Archive made with and for the community. A space imagined to raise awareness, encourage the exchange and dialogue on the present of the territory while co-designing new futures and collective practices of care. 

‘Dream in colour’ is about the merging of Afropeanism & Pan-africanism which are two subjects Joseph and I are both very passionate about. What we wanted to create was an experience not only through the merging of our crafts (AR design, poetry, videography, photography), but also our similar cultures, worldviews and origins.

Our goal with this project is to celebrate, spread awareness and educate upon both movements with an innovative design as our foundation, in hopes of leaving an impact.

Coffee is our daily main source of energy, but with a very high carbon footprint (farming, drying, transporting, roasting, elaboration but mainly disposal in landfills) and however, methods which elaborate this beverage extract less than 2%, discarding more than 98%. Cofling solves this problem through a circular economy model where we collect, process and revalorise spent coffee grounds in cosmetic and nutraceutical products, showing people that waste is not waste until we waste it.

The citizens of San Salvario district (Turin) will be engaged in a co-creation process to realize a plan for their neighborhood, making it more sustainable, inclusive, and usable for all (with particular reference to the weakest groups such as minors, elderly, people with cognitive disabilities, people with language gaps). 
“Handmade” urban planning is the way to deal with this urban change, shifting the logic of D.I.Y. in a collective key, so giving life to the D.I.T. (do-it-together) approach.

Bird watching is a hobby that I have recently acquired with my environment. For this reason, my new field of work will be the relationship between nature and art. My main material is birds. Birds are an interesting field of study with their rituals on living together, nature and environment relations, and acting individually and in groups. It also draws attention as one of the animal species most affected by climate changes in recent years, the damage caused by plastic waste to nature and wars.

Tindari is a small town on the Sicilian Tyrrhenian coast where historical events have characterised the urban structure to the point that they shaped the beauty and the poetry of the place.

The project proposes to rediscover the truth of the ancient Greek colony maintaining a balance between mankind's actions and nature.

The aim is to investigate the history of the territory to design a path throughout the city to regain the mountain ridge and the lost relationship between city, sky and sea.

Custom Station proposes a new way of considering public infrastructure fabrication. Away from the narrow approach of centralized pre-fabrication leading to contextless architecture, we propose to convey the mobile tools of production by train where they are needed. The combination of parametric planning, systemized fabrication and craftmanship allows for a more sustainable and inclusive way to approach infrastructure as an extension of local material resources and collective sense of space.
