The depopulation of rural areas is a well-established phenomenon that can have devastating effects on the environment and the countryside in the future.
The goal of this project is to redefine the relationship between city and countryside through the creation of associations between fragile territories in a system of mutual support that relate the urban dimension, the productive one and rural life supported by sustainable mobility and shared.
ARVIVA is a French non-profit organisation gathering more than 200 artists, producers, technicians, public workers, creation, production and performance venues, festivals, artistic teams and operators in the performing arts. They act together towards a common goal: to undertake the ecological transformation of the moving arts sector and act with no delay for a fair and sustainable world. They commit to change their work practices to make a change and the most of the potential impact of arts.
Our approach is characterised by a simple principle: the city is self-sufficient for her own regeneration. We considerate the territorial limougeaud field, as an urban mine whose untapped resources are sufficient to generate a new urbanity, thanks to the process of reuse, focused on landscape, bonds between inhabitants and stakeholders’ synergies. The living, whether it is human, animal, or vegetal, has been reintroduced as a suture element intended to merge urban practices in a consistent whole
ScartiAmo HUB: from a space to a place
ScartiAmo HUB is coming to life in a suburban ex-elementary school, currently semi-abandoned and not perceived by the local community as a common good. Activities will include (I) outdoor and indoor workshops for kids and adolescents, (II) recycling and donation of furniture and clothing, clothes sewing and upcycling, (III) multi-purpose areas to be shared with other associations, (IV) areas available for initiatives proposed by the local community.
In a future fraught with the uncertainty of climate change, challenge-based projects will provide a community of trained volunteers the opportunity to shape their own future. The TRÄ System will declare a symbiosis between human beings and forests through two devices and an app.Based on data collected by the products, a digitally supported network will mirror the existing connection among the roots of trees and will alert the community in case of need, promoting a quick and effective reaction.

Hidden by the military port and the 120 ha of the commercial port, Cherbourg suffers from a difficult relationship with its coastline. In response to the desertification of it's city centre due to the lack of nature, we have extended the coastal green belt into the city by creating a thematic and equipped park. Rehabilitating infrastructures deemed unusable and raising them, reconnecting the city with its coastline, and sublimating the existing vegetation and patrimony are our intentions.
Throughout this proposal, with innovation, sustainability, and tradition in mind, a co-living residential project was conceptualized. Bio-philia is a residential proposal highlighting an intergenerational way of life. Thinking in terms of temporary and permanent spaces, this project aims at re-immagining private and shared spaces for our elderly population, wrapped within an envelope of several traditional techniques married with innovative and sustainable timber technology.
