A Non-Binary Ecology arises from the urgency of understanding the contemporary urban realm. Through a close observation of the peri-urban context and taking the city of Namur (Belgium) as case study, the project focuses on the neglected corners and its apparently informal elements, reconsidering them as the fundamental structure of the inhabited space. This enhancement of the ‘third landscape’ gains a political and communitarian dimension: a territory for diversity, inclusivity and sharing.
The project aims at the installation of ecological cultural huts called « cabane de chantier » (construction site huts) that would be installed in different districts of the city of Reims and in the outlying villages. They are conceived as a tool for cultural development to kindle a sense of belonging between the neighborhoods and their inhabitants, through consultation, design and production of events as inclusive as possible to embrace everyone until 2028.

The design idea was to improve the rigid geometry of pneumatic structures that is conventionally determined with the cutting pattern during the manufacturing process to the concept where distinctive geometry-changing pattern forms different architectural outputs. Building could be used as an open source concept.

We are aiming towards a new policy framework (PLNUI) in which nature is raised at the same level as the need for urban development.Niort is emphasizing its position as a living city where nature and infrastructure create a new ecosystem.
Suspended on a rocky promontory overlooking the sea on the coast of Sardinia, Laveria Lamarmora is an architectural complex designed according to the production process of the Nebida mine. The aim of the project is to create a new accessible public space and to prefigure a model of "silent intervention" for the regeneration of the abandoned mining landscapes of Sardinia. An open-air museum, which stages the mine in its condition of ruin and makes the traces of the past readable in the landscape.
EU-Green-Deal makes lignite mining obsolete. Due to the regions close cultural and economic link to mining, they are facing fundamental structural change. New, optimistic narratives are needed. We envision those regions in a creative process of “SUPERUMBAU” shaping environment collectively. It opens transformation to positive interpretation, expressing the belief to use the existing and connecting to Hoyerswerda in Lusatia. This knowledge is exemplary for European Cities in structural change.

Mikropol is a former toilet house converted by neighbors, friends and designers into a self-organized place in Hamburg's East. The 50m2 large space hosts ongoing events "by neighbours for neighbours" and the program of the curatorial team, which regularly situate activities in and around Mikropol to engage with urban political discourses and to put these into practice. The building is thus an argument, a test site and an exhibition space in one.
Heritable Colony represents a 21st-century colony model, which learns from the history of the colonies, from their urban structure and their cultural potential, providing a new life to them, open to its natural and productive environment. Heritable Colony reuses existing infrastructure to generate a new and improved community with memory and pursues a social, productive, and ecological return to the territory while generating an urban production model for its community.
