A flexible system that uses dry-fit modules to be assembled as needed and adapted to any beach of the Catalan and Balearic coast, avoiding negative impact on the environment.

SeaShare is a service that aims to bridge between biodiversity preservation and the demand by tourists of clean and enjoyable seaside. It is based on the concept of sharing economy: users can rent eco-friendly beach equipment (tents, sunbeds) through a mobile app just for the time that they need to. SeaShare users are part of the ecosystem: they can participate to clean-up events in exchange for discounts and other benefits, with the aim of creating a vivid community and helping environment.

The Grenoble region is fully affected by climate change, with increasingly frequent heat waves and a growing scarcity of water resources. The Rabot, an emblematic site of the city, has an important role to play in facing the climate challenge collectively. Driven by a sensitive, scientific and urban approach, the site is transformed into a climate laboratory that takes care of the existing natural spaces and the traces of the past with practical solutions for the quality of urban life.

Dordrecht is the most ancient city across the Netherlands, 50% of its land is below sea level.

Although the Delta Work and dikes brought an end to the periodic flooding caused by tides and rivers, stormwater floods within the city still pose the biggest threat.

The proposal tries to take the opportunity of stormwater management in response to climate change to renew the urban space on three different levels: water, ecology and society. Thus achieve the purpose of interlacing and intergration.

Between 2000 and 2021, in Spain, a total of 231 convents and monasteries have ceased to be operational. As has been proven throughout history, architecture needs a use, a continuous function over time, to survive. CLOISTER focuses its gaze on Granada, where, starting with a pilot project in the convent of Santa Isabel la Real, it proposes saving these convents from disaster by turning them into leading Artificial Intelligence research centers linked to the university.

“Tiny Forests” are the cooling cells and future oases of cities and contribute significantly to climate neutrality, increase the quality of life and provide the necessary steps towards a “Smart City". Urban.Woods creates ideas of ecological and social concept, which are visualized and simulated by a planning tool. In order to locate suitable areas in cities we use remote sensing data of “Urban-Heat-Islands” to provide the heat islands with cooling, air filtering and biodiversity.

Mediterranean landscape is transformed by centuries of human activity, natural balance not longer exists. Our culture must adapt to extreme heat and drought and learn from those places we will become. Comfort will come from deconstructing the spaces we inhabit, incorporating natural cycles that we waste.

Valle is a prototype for public spaces, an installation that generates comfort by collecting humidity and that shows the functioning of our territory through hypernatural exaggeration.

Having started with a balance bike then a ukulele, Rico intends to create a line of cardboard-based recyclable products for daily use. They are designed to be assembled at home, so parents (or grand parents) and children spend time together building the object, sharing practical knowledge and educating each other about respect for the environment. The aim for Rico is to change people’s perception of objects, with a shift towards increased sustainability.

Our project aims to integrate sustainable materials - liquefied wood - and processes - circular economy - in the core of the surfing industry, promoting more responsible consumer trends in respect to the relationship with nature, by means of an inclusive sport, with worldwide visibility : surfing.
