In 1934, a brilliant group of young Catalan architects known as GACTPAC devised, under the influence of the rationalist school of the Bauhaus, a social housing building that would end up being built in 1936 and receiving the name of Casa Bloc. The construction works got interrupted by the civil war, the dwellings never reached its original users and some parts were substantially altered. 80 years later, a social and architectural project was developed to give back to building its original spirit

These ´living buildings´ go through a continuous change of decay and evolution.

Saldus Music and Art school is contemporary educational building with innovative architectural concept that works as interdisciplinary connector of two institutions. Saldus municipality created inspiring learning environment and culture venue for local residents and travel destination for sustainable architecture lovers. Realized in 2013 Saldus town gained new urban square for everyday enjoyment and inclusive cultural hub of the county and placed Saldus on the map of Latvian culture scene.

Reflekt is a smart mirror that informs consumers about the positive environmental impact of their jeans while they are trying them on and making it easier for them to make more conscious and sustainable purchasing choices. Reflekt shows animations that illustrate the impact of the jeans in terms of water usage, carbon emissions and transparency. By doing so, the smart mirror creates a new shopping experience where the focus is on the customer's personal definition of sustainable fashion

The Master in Design through New Materials focuses on design and innovation, sustainability and creativity through new materials. An experimental and transdisciplinary course that values material design as a ground-breaking working field. Materials are at the core of innovation, generating impact in industry, on society and even on cultural values. Materials-driven innovation allows for new industries being developed, more sustainable solutions found and avantgarde creative aesthetics.

The Nadir basin arises from the search for the optimal way to integrate the faucet smoothly and pleasantly. It is daring but content, with a young personality that plays with his form to adapt to any type of space.

Its angled siluet turns the sink into a versatile piece due to the multiple installation possibilities that it allows. One of the aspects that characterizes it are the smooth transitions, generated by a ruled surface, that integrate, in the body of the sink.

The BOL washbasin was born from the search to integrate the faucet in the washbasin following one of the most sober and obvious ways to contain liquids, the bowl. The product seeks to connect with a user looking for sobriety in a washbasin that’s why was thinked to eliminate all that is superfluous.

Openbike is a manifesto on sustainable urbanism, urban transport, distributed manufacturing, shared knowledge, the community and the responsible use of resources, that materializes in the design of a non-polluting urban transport, the bicycle, that can be manufactured by its own user within the city where it is going to be used. 

With Sira it was seeked to create an expansive basin that even with a compact size, does not have the feeling of being closed off or small, but rather the opposite, inviting to be used and to interact with it. A washbasin with great character thanks to its changes in inclination and surfaces that seeks to give a sensation of spaciousness and space in reduced places, thanks to its small base, which allows a greater versatility. 

A splendid modernist building in Poznan, designed by arch. M. Leykam (1908-1983), erected in 1969. The dynamic horizontal silhouette, due to the overhanging upper floor and sequences of glass facades, makes the architecture very impressive, refering to the sporty character of the University. The project was aimed to give the building back its original architectural look and to adjust its thermal characteristics to the current regulations in spirit of enviromental protection and energy economy.
