The Rolling Design House (RDH) is a cultural mediation tool at the service of museums, media libraries, tourist offices, theatres, etc. A mobile kiosk that can be moved using an electric bicycle, the RDH makes it possible to meet all audiences in all places.

Ruesta is a beautiful remain, a testimony of an important history that asks for being preserved. Ruesta makes all who visit it fall in love, and reveals a territorial reality: the uninhabited Spain. The actions carried out have made possible the recovery of the Way as it passes through Ruesta, as well as the rehabilitation and restoration of its heritage. The actuations developed are proposing new ways of inhabiting the Way of St James, as this region vital sustenance.
Located in the outskirts of Paris (Pantin), our project aims to make the most of two existing tertiary buildings to create 70 high-quality family units. The latter benefits from the comfort of current regulations (quality of use, energy consumption) as well as specificities linked to the rehabilitation of office floors (generous glazed surfaces, high ceilings, additional rooms). The landscaping allows to redefine the site and to qualify the influence on the neighbourhood of the created residence
“Piazze Aperte” has aimed at shaping former streets and parking areas of the City of Milan into new public spaces, to be used for social relations and community-based activities. Thanks to this initiative, many reversible, unexpensive and co-designed experimental urban transformations have been activated, leading to many pedestrianization areas, pop-up bike lanes and to new places of social interaction, vitality, and gatherings, bringing urban spaces back into public life.
“La Bobitaine” project is located in Milly-la-Forêt, in the French Gâtinais Regional Natural Park. The architectural transformation of an old barn provides a cosy cowoking space in a rural area, reducing commuting and supporting local economy. The project preserves vernacular architecture and fits a new wooden structure and hempcrete insulation into the building. A cantilever extension becomes the PNRGF’s signal for its commitment for a sustainable land use and a bio-based architecture.
The ciAsa (Rhaeto-Romanic for house) is a high-alpine family home in South Tyrol's St. Vigil, surrounded by the Dolomites of Val Badia and built entirely from wood which fell during heavy storms. Making use of what nature provided formed a maxim throughout the project, aiming for a reconnection with nature and strongly involving people from the village with their knowledge, passion and abilities. The house waives insulation materials and synthetics, while every surface was left untreated.
The Frastanz-Hofen education centre was developed as a joint location for childcare, kindergarten and primary school. It develops from an existing school building. The complex is designed to provide the most consistent and targeted pedagogy possible for children aged 1.5 to 10 years. Recurring shared spaces are also seen as pedagogical nodes. Familiar regional materials, thanks to their quality, promote communal identification, thus achieving social acceptance and sustainability beyond numbers.
Just above the center of Gossensaß village (1,100m), the residential house of a young family was built from insulating concrete. It aims to emphasize location-specific and monolithic construction together with a distinct life cycle thinking, returning to simple construction methods with regionally available and ageable materials, waiving constructions needing many layers or any coatings.
Cabiner is a network of innovative off-grid cabins blended in the natural environment connected by hiking routes, delivering a positive impact on biodiversity and the local economy.
Only accessible by foot, the circular designed cabins are temporarily placed in nature reserves. The hike and remote overnight stay offer visitors a unique nature experience. We help to protect local nature environment by investing revenue and show the potential of sustainable nature-based tourism close to home.
