In a region classified as protected Natura 2000 area, the Ria de Aveiro, how protection of oceans and beaches is related to Bullying? What's in common? The project seeks to answer this through Plays created for children. The treasure is “Respect” as a essential/transversal value. This project seeks to communicate a message of conservation, enhancing this action with creativity, with intervention in varied areas of behaviour, interpersonal relationship, self esteem and transmission of values.

Rione Roma Tour Festival, is a project dedicated to urban regeneration through culture.
The goal is to build relationships, enhance experiences, generate a new choral story of the city.
We do this through open, shared curatorial action that actively involving citizens.
The urban explorations of the Rione Roma aim to recover that "sense" that many contribute to create, despite a context in which social relations often become "liquid" and the process of identification dissolves

Traditional architecture is a collective low-carbon product resulting from the balance of natural resources and human needs. The pilot refurbishment carried out on this vernacular house aims to show the advantages of reinterpreting traditional materials and techniques from a contemporary perspective. The results revealed its great potential for transformation in terms of sustainability, inclusiveness and conservation of the beauty, authenticity and cultural identity of traditional architecture.

In continuation of the endeavor to make sustainable building the new normal of tomorrow, the LCH project demonstrates the viability of mass replication of life-cycle-oriented design of carbon neutral buildings with renewable materials, innovative construction processes and energy supply systems. The project adopted trans-disciplinary design approaches, and combined natural aesthetics and quality of life with outstanding functionality and user comfort. 

La Cucina Collaborativa has been a co-design process that created circular solutions against food waste together with the diners, volunteers, food donors and public authorities of a charitable food donation system in the city of Reggio Emilia, Italy.

The Hyperion tower uses wood as a structural alternative to concrete to achieve a bold aesthetic, with a life-cycle approach to low-carbon construction in a diversity-fostering residential tower. With the use of 1400 m3 of wood, capturing the equivalent of 1000 tonnes of CO2, and the inclusion of social housing which represents a third of the total number of accommodation lots built, the tower perfectly embodies the vision for a sustainable, inclusive economy that benefits every European. 

Sustainable, warm and modern, protected by the wool of endangered European sheep breeds. With the 3Dx collection, we have succeeded in making this wool usable as padding for outdoor clothing, thus combining nature conservation, species preservation, knowledge transfer and economic efficiency - all in Europe. We make use of the high-tech fibre wool to produce textiles for the outdoor sector with state-of-the-art processing technology that respects and protect nature, people and our heritage.

The project aims to transform a "temple of consumption" (the existing building) into a "cathedral of culture". The rehabilitation project preserves the qualities of the commercial building - namely, the large surface area it provides and the freedom of layout it offers by the absence of any load-bearing walls or posts over large distances - and provides what is necessary for the proper functioning of a public facility: light, views of the outside, comfort, quality of space and a strong identity.

DESIGN FUTURES is a European design-project funded by Erasmus+.

The project aims at offering new sustainable practices embedding Design Thinking and Maker Education pedagogies in school, nurturing an education in beauty, sustainability and inclusiveness.

Through co-designed teaching support material, students and teachers have the opportunity to go beyond debating arguments and knowledge sharing, focusing on generating ideas and prototypes.

The design of this boutique yoga studio is based on the idea of flow - a term used in yoga practice to describe a sense of fluid movement and meditation. Within the space, these ideas manifest through smooth transitions between different areas and the extensive use of malleable materials such as fabrics and hempcrete. The color palette is muted, with a focus on materiality and texture created in collaboration with the two emerging artists Yasmin Bawa and Viennese painter Denise Rudolf Frank.
