Green Growth Generation applies a participatory and circular approach to assess the needs of the communities and to develop solutions based on community troubleshooting and implement projects, products and processes by integrating expertise from business, art and education.
In TERRAVERSA we manufacture sustainable construction products using earth. Our first step has been to create a business producing Compressed Earth Blocks due to their ease of adapting to common building practices. We are working to expand and innovate with other earth-based products and methodology such as poured earth concrete to be delivered to the market in the coming years . Our business is centered on the use of earth, which is the most abundant resource we have on this planet.

Gleis 21 is in Vienna’s new Sonnwendviertel neighbourhood, connecting the tenth district and the inner-city area. The building today is visible from afar, its wooden facade contrasting with most urban architecture. The wood-based hybrid construction was built using an innovative assembly method based on prefabrication. Future residents have been involved throughout the entire process. They now collectively own, operate and manage this co-housing-project that emphasizes affordability, inclusion, community and solidarity
Straw Shrouding Festivity (Osadzanie Chochoła) is a Bronowice celebration inaugurated half a century ago and repeated each year. The event refers to history, evokes folk traditions, and references Young Poland’s artistic oeuvre. Each Osadzanie Chochoła is an independent project, initiated by the Museum but produced by the local community. Last year’s event was a response to social polarisation deepened by the pandemic. It connected the public in a collective activity.
The association les Canaux advises, trains and supports economic actors committed to solidarity and the planet, in France and internationally. The City of Paris, which owns the premises, undertook in 2019 the restoration of the existing house that houses it. To do so, it called the Grand Huit cooperative society, which, together with a group of local craftsmen and integration companies, carried out a pilot project that was 100% circular economy through the local transformation of reused material
Through the daily care of the lake as well as the creation of the Lake Gallery, a carefully maintained public recreation area has been created, which is a favorite place of the city's citizens not only from the nearby housing estates. Creation in its surroundings leads people to the natural need to take care of nature, order and motivates them to be part of the creation itself. The diversity of birds has increased, flowers and people can follow the craft during the carving itself.
The project is conceived as a response to the realisation that an office building is one of the typologies that dissipates the most heat and yet demands the most comfort and wellbeing for its users. An alternative to the standard office building is thus proposed, in which the design starts from the analysis of the thermodynamic behaviour of the project, passing through artistic and cultural references, to propose a new image that combines technique, aesthetics, wellbeing and sustainability.
Gazte Hiria is an urban interculturality and social innovation project in which more than 100 young people and teenagers at risk of exclusion from different districts of Vitoria-Gasteiz have participated. The aim has been to train them as driving forces and agents of social change, using methodologies of applied creativity with an artistic and cultural base. The young people defined 7 action areas.
