Using concrete panels from demolished buildings, this landscape and architectural intervention in Dessau, Germany transforms the former site of an East German plattenbau building into a public park. The intervention gives new meaning to materials of the past with two pavilions and landscaped hedges constructed from whole and crushed plattenbau. Both familiar, yet unfamiliar, the pavilions are palimpsests in the landscape, juxtaposing past and present.
The idea of the project, located in Castel Volturno is to experiment with a type of architecture dedicated to the management of fragile emergency situations. The architecture is flexible, sustainable, capable of responding to different emergencies, in different places, by adapting to different techniques and materials, relating to each situation. After the emergency each architecture change to public space, becoming an opportunity to create spaces of beauty, at the service of the citizens.
Post Paper Studio is a series of open source recipes, tools and experiments to enable anyone anywhere to transform paper waste into valuable design and construction material. The goal is to design an alternative method to upcycle paper at a local scale, turning the recycling practice from centralised and exclusive to distributed and accessible, while promoting its worth and potential when combined with the knowledge and equipment of local makerspaces and artisanal workshops.
The Van Rotterdamse Bodem project is a pilot project and research on re-using Rotterdam clay as a building material. In collaboration with local parties, The Municipality of Rotterdam and Rotterdam Circular, the team is working on a series of experiments and research focusing on left over clays extracted from the sewerage system of the city. Through the research, earth and soils are seen as the new gold of the city, providing future proof, circular and sustainable solutions to build resiliently.

It aims to do so by terraforming martian regolith, with the help of frugal waste management of my female body.The regolith in the TerraPort installation is artificially composed according to the data collected from probes orbiting planet Mars, a planet that is connected to the notorious New_space paradigms.
An installation of a series of urban equipment pieces with two opposite sound properties. One that boosts reflection of sound to ease the communication between two people with a safe distance and another that is sound absorbing, so it's possible to have a video call with a distant loved one in a silent environment.
Bio City-Family Farms introduces the community to farming as a recreational activity where families,neighbors and friends can spend time together and reconnect with nature.This project aims to bring farms closer to cities and give people the opportunity to experience the first steps of food production.It includes organic kiosks where the products of these farms are sold.Those who participated in the farming activity receive a discount as a reward for their efforts.
Reuse and Recycling of materials and structures can be used to rebuilt new buildings and reconstruct one building out of itself. This means not only that we avoid waste and save energy. It also means that the value of a building increases because it is unique. The concept of reuse can also create identity.

The Italian interdisciplinary network of PhD students TEMP- proposes “A mountain of S.A.E.”: a collective action that involves communities affected by natural disasters in recognition of emergency structures as public assets. A disruptive artistic performance is proposed in one of the vulnerable and marginal small towns by simulating the acceleration of the natural process of ruination. This action demonstrates the necessity of re-thinking the design approach to temporary housing at its roots.
The future of abandoned villages and the future of living as a person with dementia are two different, current issues of our time. The project tackles both questions, each from its own perspective, and tries to search for a joint solution. With renovation of an old, abandoned village it offers new-old place for community of people with dementia and other lonely elderly from nearby villages.
