Based on movement and migration as universal constants, BoAT responds as a mobile space, a shared device to promote inclusiveness by connecting people, communities, and cities to navigate towards a common horizon. A floating and sustainable building in symbiosis with water landscapes and port infrastructure while changing its shape according to each event. A tool for the conservation of the seas, where arts, technology, and science activate environmental commitment and educational experiences.

Daggy dorms are out – this new building is a sign that youth hostels have a future as inclusive meeting points for all age groups.

The new building of Bayreuth´s 180 bed hostel is a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional hostels and places the focus on the creation of a new inclusive prototype with an architecturally appropriate expression. Inclusion becomes alive, for guests and the workforce alike.

The project can be understood as series of artworks or as a serious research of micro natural structures where in proportions and relationships between voids and matter we find astonishing beauty.

ThisContinuity is a system of sustainable, accessible and green planning strategies aiming to activate and reconnect the abandoned industrial sites in a network of self-sufficient, revitalized and healthy urban hubs. Implementation of natural elements into these declined spaces contributes to ecosystem's regeneration and redefines the identity of urban landscape, but also provides the framework for sustainable development, by promoting the active use of public space and it's services.

Ferropolis is an expression of the cultural power in transformation. Five large-scale open-cast mining machines standing on the peninsula are the result of a common idea between arguing students from the Bauhaus Dessau and miners. Live events preserve the industrial heritage and strengthen the identity of the place - through external attention. And the music festivals and sporting events are both a regional economic factor and an occasion for the constant optimization of the Ferropolis-region.

Climate change calls for new ways of life and everyday structures, as well as new strategies for dealing with our environment and its resources. Climate culture means a change towards a climate-positive society. There is no way back, only a common future. The Climate Culture Pavilion gives stage to this common change.
During the summer of 2021, a 100m2 forest oasis in the middle of Graz invites to relaxation, lectures, concerts, theater and discourse. ogether we want to shape climate culture.

With the support of students of all ages, industry partners, communities, art initiatives, and industries, children and youth learn how to bring their ideas to life. MyMachine empowers the youth of all ages to co-create solutions that are relevant to their environment and their lives in general. By taking their inventions from ideas to working prototypes, they become self-motivated problem solvers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and creators.

Intensifying and accentuating different forest-urbanism systems

The vision focuses on an area of 2.5x2.5km, which seeks a proposal for a new system of surface water that could help store floodwater and reduce flood peaks, and how it is know that the process of land fill is through the creation of “new land”, as the creation of new #nature and urban transformation with new housing typology, and recreation and leisure programs, but at the same time preventing urban sprawl. 

GREEN STEPS –is a long-term environmental-artistic project in which the community, especially youth, is activated towards environmental protection in an innovative and creative way by collecting urban waste and transforming it into art pieces. It fosters an interventionist attitude, arouses the curiosity and interest of the entire community in good ecological practices and behaviors. The project strives to make people more responsible, wiser, and sustainable consumers as well as active citizens.
