With a new model wooden housing area of single and two familiy houses, that invites the best and most innovative european companies in wooden house construction we will contribute to another "turning point in building" and boost sustainable development. Through a participatory process terms of the competition are defined, so that accessibility and affordability are assured and the project will connect to the strong tradition of Niesky in innovative wood construction of prefabricated houses.

The Municipality of Petrijanec is expanding and upgrading its kindergarten with energy efficient systems and green garden on the roof, in order to create a brighter future for local children. This project will add new daycare rooms, improve educational spaces, and enhance quality of early childhood education. With modern facilities and increased capacity, we’re investing in the growth and development of our community, ensuring a stronger, sustainable future for all families in Petrijanec.

In the village of Põlgaste is a vibrant community center that serves as both a central hub and the heart of local life. The Põlgaste Community Center is a lively gathering place where young people come together, residents stay active in the gym, and folk theater and dance traditions thrive. The center hosts theatrical performances, celebrates national and local events.Renovation is currently underway to make the building more energy-efficient and further develop the community center.

“MusAQ - Community Culture Sustainability” is a cultural regeneration project that rethinks the Golden Eagle Museum (Museo dell’Aquila Reale). Thanks to participatory design, the project aims to involve the local community in creating an adaptive and multifunctional space for cultural, social and environmental activities. Villages are the most intimate spaces of relationship between society and territory. They don't want to become cities, they just want to project their legacy over time. And this is at risk due to the social, cultural and economic devitalisation to which they are subject. That's why we applied for the Network of Villages for the Future project to the NEB Local Initiatives, bringing together 6 villages from 3 regions in 2 countries, to seek new paths of revitalisation under the NEB principles.

Reverting the negative development of a peripheral small town by implementing a multileveled sustainable low-budget transformation of the central public spaces, improving their resilience and mobility infrastructure, activating the river promenade as a open-air gallery, as well as opening up resources for awareness and sharing of cultural heritage and a future oriented innovative network of local farmers.
