Together, we have created cooperative housing for individuals aged 65 and over who seek community and security. The building has been filled with life, activities, and joy. Like a jewel, the glass-enclosed cultural meeting place illuminates the town square. The arcade leads to the library, a venue for public dialogue. Residents can take the elevator, staying dry, to borrow books that inspire a love of reading. The building is constructed with a focus on sustainability.

For Lamoustey, it is about revealing the potential offered by the neighborhood's public spaces and allowing more obvious connections and links between the different elements that make up the site. This neighborhood has never been the subject of a global renewal program and is characterized by significant problems of living together.

Shaping the Future is a sustainable, small community placemaking initiative in Csabrendek, West-Hungary. Creating exciting public spaces is fun, but it gets even better, when the main resource is waste material, and the actual users are included in the process. The envisioned result? Original design objects that serve and represent a small, but diverse community, while cultivating sustainable waste recycling best practices.

The new Albertine Agnesschool will be a future-proof integrative child centre blended into the surrounding nature. It combines sustainability, innovation and community spirit. With an energy-neutral design, circular materials, green outdoor spaces and a focus on inclusion, the Albertine Agnesschool provides a healthy and inspiring environment for children to learn and develop in. It will be a vibrant hub for education and the local community, built with nature and the future in mind.

Borgo Universo has been launched in 2017 through an international street art festival to renovate the village of Aielli. It was born with the aim to combine urban regeneration with the enhancement of environmental and cultural heritage and promote sustainable tourism by providing both an attractive offer to visitors and an opportunity for economic, social and cultural growth for residents. The active engagement of the local community is a crucial driver.

The aim of the project "Development of the public outdoor space of the Balvi Manor and the lakefront" is to develop the public outdoor space of the Balvi Manor and the lakefront in Balvi, as the administrative centre of the city, improving the quality of life for the citizens and increasing public safety.

Project transforms the cross-border area in line with the following values: quality of experience, sustainability and inclusion. It promotes the restoration of cultural heritage, sustainable tourism practices and the cooperation of various stakeholders. The goal is to create a more beautiful, sustainable and inclusive environment with improved infrastructure, education and events that strengthen the local tourism offer.

Paesaggi Plurali is a public art festival which has been co-created in Bertinoro and its district for more than 3 years thanks to the energy of residents, creatives and the municipality, who propose a yearly program aiming at re-thinking public space as a location for discovery, dreaming and preservation of the common good. The festival not only champions the sustainable use of land, but places the residents as the main producers of beautiful places that may be enjoyed publicly in the town.

A new primary school is coming to Castel Madama! Inspired by the New European Bauhaus, it blends innovation, sustainability, and inclusion. Designed with safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility in mind, it will offer bright, flexible spaces for learning and community engagement. Featuring green areas, digital tools, and zero-emission solutions, this school represents the future of education. Opening in 2026/27, it will be a model for modern, sustainable learning environments.
