A village as a park is the story of a village centre that was devoted to road traffic for decades, where all traces of greenery had disappeared. Today, nature is reclaiming its rights and allowing tourists, cyclists and residents to take back the village and share its uses.The aesthetics of the intervention will merge with the surrounding landscape, the biodiversity will expand again and the accessibility will be secrued for every one.

A multimedia gamified destination marketing project, linking digital and real-world experiences.

To bring generations together and create lively community spaces, four new outdoor recreational areas will soon be developed in the villages of Gérimont, Magerotte, Hubermont/Rechrival and Tonny, located in the municipality of Sainte-Ode, in the heart of the province of Luxembourg, in southern Belgium. These green spaces will welcome everyone—both children and their parents, as well as elderly people—to relax, play, and enjoy a picnic.

With a deep respect for tradition and the natural environment, our initiative transforms streets, squares, and open spaces into a more vibrant, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing urban landscape. Through upgraded infrastructure, sustainable materials, and thoughtful design, we create a welcoming and functional public realm that improves the quality of life for residents and enhances the experience for visitors.

Rural villages can overcome future challenges of depopulation and aging through education, digitalization, and sustainability. In the past Vigone railway station bridged the village to the city of Turin, enabling young citizens to attend the university and commute. The renovated station will become a sustainability hub containing Library, Student Center, and Co-working spaces, securing a shelter for young citizens and digital nomads, immersed within Art, bike paths, and Natural Springs.

The project aims to explore potential qualities for upgrading the Komposch-Ebene residential neighborhood in the community Eisenkappel-Vellach and create a roadmap for the renovation, adaptation, and conversion of unrenovated buildings. It will formulate spatial and temporal parameters based on social, energetic, and material sustainability for comprehensive development, considering context (location, needs, demographics). The project builds on Carinthia's housing subsidy guidelines.
The Climate Action River Park is a co-creation initiative that aims to facilitate Tullamore's transition to a more climate resilient town through sustainability, nature-based solutions, urban greening and biodiversity. This project is an inclusive and innovative way for the people of Tullamore to experience the nature in a fun and exciting way. The project focuses on renovating this urban green space to adapt to the effects of climate change whist also preserving and restoring biodiversity.

Saint Martin de Castillon is committed to dynamism and climate action through the construction of an eco-innovative school. Designed for climatic and social adaptation, it minimises environmental impact while rethinking space for long-term resilience. Actively involving pupils and residents, this project embodies innovation, sustainability, and inclusive development—values at the heart of the New European Bauhaus.

This is a strategic plan for a Spanish municipality of 10,000 inhabitants, carried out in accordance with the methodology of the Spanish Urban Agenda (AUE) that applies the values of the New European Bauhaus. It is based on sustainability, inclusion and quality, and has included a complete participation process. It has been a pilot project and has won the national award for sustainability, serving as an example for Spanish municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants.
