The project responds to the problem of high temperatures by means of actions that favour climatic comfort in the transit areas, while at the same time reorganising the tourist flows and the parking network around the footbridge of the Castril River and its surroundings, functioning as deterrent spaces. In this way, a new urban-rural scene will be promoted at the destination, more welcoming, walkable, reorganised and sustainable.
The project converts the old unused schools into a social center for the elderly population, where they can spend the day accompanied, have meals and activities in direct relationship with the rest of the population. All this in a building with almost zero consumption, which takes advantage of its orientation and location with exemplary and passive systems. In a second phase, a future building is planned for overnight stays of the same type of population.
The purpose of this plan is to improve and extend the Transhumance Interpretation Centre in Cabezarrubias del Puerto, ensuring its accessibility, modernisation and adaptation to current regulations. Structural adaptations, improvements in lighting and electricity, elimination of architectural barriers and rehabilitation of the upper part called the "chamber" will be addressed.

The project of the Porto Casoni area is a strategic initiative aimed at the redevelopment and enhancement of the site, with the long-term objective of safeguarding Porto Casoni through the creation of an integrated and safe center for water sports and tourism, serving as a place for social inclusion and promoting sports participation. It started from the involvement of local people that live everyday the area in order to identify ad best as possible the needs and wishes of the stakeholder.

Located near the historic centre of Figeac and on the banks of the River Célé, Les Pratges is an area of around 2 hectares that was listed in 1942 for its picturesque appearance. Developments since then have given the site a heterogeneous character that might seem difficult to rectify. In 2019, studies began - initially to renovate the skatepark- and have evolved in line with the consultation process, culminating in an ambitious project for the overall redevelopment of the site.
Our aim: to reactivate a vacant space in the town centre by showcasing local expertise (crafts).
