The theatre is a cultural heritage object that has not been renovated and is not adapted to the modern needs of visitors and to increase the involvement of socially vulnerable groups, and does not provide conditions for increasing public interest in cultural objects. The aim is to increase the attractiveness and economic viability of the Theatre as a cultural facility by creating conditions for improving the quality and diversity of existing cultural services and providing new ones.
The former municipal market of Athienou is a preserved listed building of great architectural value of the 50s. It was very vivid during its use as the municipal market. It remained unused for many years and there were visible signs of wear and tear. With new architectural drawings it will be transformed to a multifunctional cultural center, welcoming the chorus, the dancing and the theatre groups of the area. Part of it will be used as a civic center providing help to all the people of the area
Live in BEIZAMA, in the center of Gipuzkoa, surrounded by nature. With the aim of rejuvenating Beizama, 12 social housing units will be built in collaboration with the Basque Government, the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, and the Urkome rural development agency. These 12 homes will have their own gardens and common premises, to promote the circular economy and sustainability.
The Merle-Blanc neighborhood redevelopment in Argenton-sur-Creuse is tackling disconnection between citizens and their elected representatives by involving residents directly in decision-making. Through a series of citizen workshops, the community is shaping public spaces that promote pride, and social cohesion. The project includes all residents, from seniors to asylum seekers, and layed the foundation for ongoing participatory governance with the creation of a permanent neighborhood council.

The project will establish a multifunctional education and community center for all residents of the area, from kindergarten children to grandparents. The architectural solution was selected through a public ideas competition. Active design work is currently underway, and the first phase includes constructing a building for kindergarten and primary school classes. The entire project is guided by an environmentally conscious approach, utilizing nature-based and carbon-neutral solutions.
