We have created four art routes, that bring forth all the street art, public art and local history and culture of city districts that are otherwise left outside the spotlight of media or city communications. These are suburbs from the 70's that lack roots but offer great content to those who venture out to find it. Our art routes encourage others to visit and locals to be proud of what their suburb has to offer.
Forestami aims at enhancing the Natural Capital of the Milan Metropolitan area by planting 3 million new trees by 2030. The project develops local processes throughout the territory involving institutions, administrations with the goal of finding new areas for hosting new trees and shrubs, for taking care of them and activating local communities around specific urban forestry projects. Furthermore, Forestami promotes cultural dissemination initiatives to spread awareness and knowledge.
The project revitalized and opened up to the public a park that once housed monumental greenhouses admired throughout Europe, but which had fallen into oblivion. A collective of artists and researchers succeeded in transforming the site into a laboratory for experimentation and the exchange of knowledge and know-how, with a global permaculture approach. The project has revealed a historical heritage, and its conversion has promoted biodiversity and changed mentalities into a community.
The Estonia's symbolic project was to help Ukrainian silent sufferers, children, who cannot stand up for themselves. The modular kindergarten is the first large-scale Estonian development project where public and private sectors collaborated, marking the first official project within the framework of the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Civic Oasis is a pilot project to transform schools into permanent education sites for sustainability. An intense collaboration between schools, universities, and local communities has enabled the redevelopment of some of the school's outdoor spaces, creating a climatic and emotional refuge. By welcoming new citizens and hosting different activities, the project returns the spaces to the community, enriching them with new educational values on environmental sustainability and social inclusion.

With our series of participatory planning measures, we aim to empower the residents of Prague to embrace the important role they play in developing the city and their own communities. Why? The necessity of shelter in educational institutions is currently a legal requirement.
Our Gurtum Charitable Foundation has rebuilt an elementary school in Gostomel that was damaged by the shelling in March 2022. We needed to implement a shelter construction project to start the school year for local children.
The idea of fairy tale shelter, importance rests in making air raid alerts less stressful for children and transforming them into a fun game and an exciting adventure.
