As an entry point to Pont-Aven, Belle Angèle is an industrial wasteland located between rurality, urbanity and river : a convergence point of living temporalities. Grounded on their mutual synchronizations, our project advocates a new way of inhabiting its territory by balancing humans’ rhythms and natural cycles. Tools for this territorial mutation include revitalization and reemployment of the existing infrastructure. "Beatmatching” aims to orchestrate times, rhythm and cycles.

FUTURE LOCAL is a POP-UP Kitchen that provides a platform for regional and organic farmers to promote their products and to help its visitors reconnect with local small-scale production and seasonal nutrition. Local production and the support of small businesses and organic farms are important issues, and particularly in light of the pandemic, are now more relevant than ever. The projects ideas and construction plans are disclosed in an open source publication.

Tortuga is a co-working space in which the production and artisanal recovery of artifacts is valued and made attractive to passing sailors, is an island and a safe port where ships can dock, guard their treasures and confront other companies along the way. A place where the young generation of third sector entities can meet NEET and new partners to create prototypes and craft products for their reality.

This project refurbishes the remaining structural skeleton of the Parisian Musée des Arts et Traditions Populaires (1972), to transform it into a multifunctional cultural center. The new architecture connects with the historical heritage of the previous museum and of the surrounding park, while synergically interacting with contemporary transformations of the place. The building becomes a symbolic "lighthouse", to shape a new landscape and strengthen the sense of belonging for the neighborhood.

"Whispering Wind" is a project that aspires to give a bright new future to historical agricultural heritage embracing principles of sustainability and accessibility, through the synthesys of regeneration of fragile territories and social inclusion. Connected to the logic of slow turism, the project is conceived to generate a synergic system of functions, a sort of stage in which landscape, architecture and people are characters all joined in a microcosm of relationship throught parts.

Groween is a modular structure full of plants that can be adapted to the needs of the city. The project lives thanks to each of us who can help to revive the urban areas. Nature has always been a great way to reconnect the human with his inner peace and the project is based on this principle. Groween helps the individual to find his own rhythm through the rhythm of the nature and, in a second phase, finding the one of his community.

The project concerns the transformation of the former state administrative centre in Vannes. The building was to be demolished, until public concerns led the city council to initiate a study on the future transformation of the plot.

Structural and programmatic research are being carried out together in order to define a new form and new uses for the plot.  At the same time, the reuse of old elements and temporary use are encouraged, in order to define a long-term planning with the community.

This magic ark is the place to spend holidays surrounded only by nature. Located directly on the water coast, it provides private access to the Domasa dam. The magic ark or treehouse is built in accordance with nature and each guest should be prepared to step out of his/her comfort zone, but in the end, realize this is the real eco-friendly way of living.

CoolCo’s Cooling Corners and Corridors are small modular structures made from wood, fabric and steel to contain various plants and flowers. They are designed to reduce the impact of heat waves in urban areas, particularly densely populated neighbourhoods with low heat resilience. Their shape and size can be adjusted to fit strategic locations, sidewalks or walls for instance, where they provide refreshing “islands” of greenery to shelter inhabitants from the heat and improve air quality.  

Rural Renaissance proposes an alternative strategy for resilient development, which calls for a revival of moral values, cooperation, tolerance, solidarity and restoration of environment. Rural Renaissance argues against clichés associated with the countryside, i.e. that it is old-fashioned, powerless and backward-looking and reintroduces it as a place full of potential and new opportunities, where people are able to exercise the right to maintain their locality in a democratic fashion.
