How to make the invisible visible and attractive? The production of renewable energy in homes often goes unnoticed. Vilogia worked with the design firm BlueGriot to develop a beautiful and sensitive connected object that allows the inhabitants of a home to visualize their solar hot water production. Thus, tenants know that their building is environmentally friendly and when during the day they can use solar hot water or contact their landlord if the installation does not work.

Madaster developed digital tools that make the concept of the Green Deal and Renovation Wave happen. Madaster is the global online platform that enables the circular use of products and materials in the construction industry - in other words, a Circular Real Estate. Madaster offers property owners and other stakeholders the ability to store, manage, enrich, and share data about their properties and provides a trusted source of data for a new ecosystem.

The project involves the recovery and reuse of the Valle Imperina as a cultural centre where to develop contemporary art exhibits with themes linked to the surrounding territory. Using the site organically, with integrated activities, is the only way to take advantage of its potential. It is not simply about setting up a couple of exhibits inside the buildings: it wouldn’t be enough. The objective is that of re-igniting the complex, turning it into a landmark for the territory around Agordo.

Melopee is a multipurpose building located in the Ghent docklands, a former industrial area transformed into a new vibrant city district. As its residential community gradually develops along its quays, this public city building takes on its role as a central hub that is both a school and a social facility. In a clever design, parts of the building are open and connected to the neighbourhood. It exemplifies a new and bold way of thinking about education, open space and social interaction.

The project included designing of water playground with public greeneries land at the former coal mine terrains. The plan sets up a group of rounded plazas merging with greenery and connected with streams flowing down to the central part. The water playground is situated in the focal point, surrended by green hills.Unusual shapes of curved benches create a green and quiet places, perfect for a resting, meeting with friends and looking at the sky laying on the hanging nets.

Elithis Danube Tower in Strasbourg is the world’s first energy-positive residential tower.

The elegant building with its 17 floors facing the Alps, bioclimatic design and solar technology building envelope generates more energy than its residents consume. Considering the economic feasibility of this project and its impact on people, planet and prosperity, it contributes to making futureproof living accessible. For everyone!

Paper Pavilion is designed with upcycled wasted papers to develop the new sustainable design method of “appropriate durability”: not to set up excessive architectural strength to a short-life pavilion but rather construct with appropriate materials that only last for the duration of an event. The pavilion was originally created for Copenhagen Art Fair (CHART) and it was redesigned and relocated permanently to Kunsthal Charlottenborg Museum locates in the heart of Copenhagen.

Buropolis is a shared artistic production space bringing together 250 artists, craftsmen and architects in a former office building in Marseille. Produced by the manifold involvement of its occupants working in a logic of co-construction and transversality, this temporary and experimental project provides work spaces, but also the possibility to artistically take charge of all aspects of daily life: eating, gardening, meeting, etc...

The Path of the Wises is an educational roleplaying game that pushes the players to empathize with a hero that will settle current issues of our world, in a fantastic kingdom that is inspired by the greek myths.

The game fuels creativity and pushes collaboration because no one knows the ending, that will be built with the players’ choices. The non-judgmental ambience opens the people in a condition of great creativity, fundamental to think innovative solutions to problems dealt with.

Hammarby Sjöstad’s old industrial neighborhood is home to Trikåfabriken, a 25,000 square meter office building that exemplifies how contemporary architecture can link the past to the present while adding a new layer to the city. The original brick building from 1928 forms the ground floor and to this beautiful example of an early-twentieth-century industrial building, we have added a worthy, sympathetic and contemporary five-story addition with a wooden frame and a Corten steel roof and façade.
