This project articulates a methodology of assisted rehabilitation in vulnerable residential communities through the co-design of replicable, small-scale projects and their further co-fabrication and implementation in five multi-family buildings in the Raval neighbourhood. Efficient low-cost, recyclable, license-free solutions that can be self-constructed with the assistance of local professionals and entities respond to the local and global urgency of improving living spaces in deprived areas.

Alusta pavilion is a biodiversity haven located in urban Helsinki. Its pollinator-friendly meadow and ecological clay constructions support the well-being of both people and nonhuman animals. Alusta is an open platform for multispecies encounters and environmental discourse. It is a built manifesto of co-existence and care, offering an affirmative example of the possibility of change towards a more socially and ecologically sustainable future.

The modular green wall is an innovative green infrastructure for more liveable cities - it has been verified to reduce traffic noise by 7 decibels. Additionally, this vertical meadow serves as an urban sanctuary for pollinators and offering a serene and multi-sensory space for social gatherings. The modules are adjustable in size, catering to various urban settings. Their circular design allows for component replacement and relocation, ensuring versatility and sustainability.

The prototype design shows the possibility of an easy way to create "zero waste" art without limits!
All elements of the installation were used with post-production waste, garbage or borrowed elements from the nearest community or friends.

The challenge was to show 4 elements of nature - earth, water, air and fire with recycled materials as a piece of art and focusing on innovative ways of thinking about design.

Our project takes scientists back to their primary schools to deliver hands-on science workshops for students, building on the concept of Circular Education, where scientists give back to their communities. By prioritising rural areas, with lower access to science, meaningful connections between children and scientists with the same background were created. This helped students realise that “people like me can be a scientist” and develop positive attitudes towards science and higher education.

Jonas is a case study for sustainable and collective living in high urban density. It is a building with an innovative housing concept, a spectacular spatial interior and a BREEAM Outstanding certification.
Jonas, located in new IJburg city district in Amsterdam, will enhance social cohesion by creating a sustainable, inviting heart for the neighborhood.

"Exotic Tirana" epitomizes my nature passion, emphasizing the vital need to reconnect with nature. Once a concrete-producing site, it transformed into a vast park with diverse trees and plants, seamlessly blending with natural aesthetics elements. Over years, I gathered rare plants from all over the world, mostly exotic ones like succulents and cacti. Thriving in Tirana's suburbs, they compose the region's first exotic botanical garden, symbolizing the integration of cultural education of nature

An intervention based on the rehabilitation of a sum of buildings, aiming to consolidate an image of unity, design, and spatial quality and a balance of traditional and contemporary architecture, respectful of the environment and existing buildings, which are preserved practically as they are. Outside, to give unity to the whole complex, a delicate green façade embraces and protects the existing building and even creates new spaces that are faithful to the identity and family values.

MAR-Miniera ARgentiera is a territorial regeneration project aimed at enhancing and revitalizing the former mining village of Argentiera in Sardinia, Italy. It develops projects in social and cultural innovation, as well as multidisciplinary artistic and creative experimentation. It preserves the vocation, identity, and memory of the mining site as a place of work, innovation, and production. In the same location were mining activities once took place, culture is now created and produced.

KotorAPSS has attracted thinkers and scholars involved in educating future architects of the Balkan region but also in forcing public discussions to spark change on many levels. KotorAPSS started off reactivating a massive abandoned structure at the center of the UNESCO Site: The former 19th century prison, reflected in the school‘s name. Its thick walls provided a unique location for focused working experience in hot summers in Adriatic. It has been a hotspot for students in this part of Europe
