The accomplished project of the IX Secondary School Library exemplifies transformation of an unused space into the multifunctional, open, inviting, comfortable, however modest place of learning. In the design process, students of the School and the Academy of Fine Arts, as well as librarians and administration staff, entered into creative multidisciplinary dialogue. As a result, social capital, cultural values and sense of belonging were enforced. Moreover, the use of resources was optimized.

Riga Dock worker Žanis Lipke under impossible circumstances saved people who were not considered people by the authorities and neighbors under German occupation. Civic courage is something to be learned, to be taught, to be trained like a muscle, like a racehorse. The Žanis Lipke Memorial civic education center House of Courage will be a training ground for young people to build resistance to stereotyping and common casually repeated hateful myths. TEACH FOR FUTURE represents an adult education intervention to improve and expand the offer of high quality learning opportunities on innovative educational themes with potential for economic growth, the acquisition and recognition of new skills and attitudes, in accordance with labor market requirements by low-skilled adults so that they respond better to the demands of the current working environment, governed by technology, interdisciplinarity, green transition and transnational cooperation.

"Let’s Do It by the Sea" is an open environmental festival, where we combine environmental protection, education, and culture. Hundreds of volunteers take action and protect the coastline by fixing the dunes. Participants engage in playful learning experiences and celebrate the positive change with good music.

Everyone can do it with us - just come up with an idea and act for nature together.

We offer interactive tours on the bee farm. Part of the excursion is not only an engaging and entertaining talk about the life of bees, but also direct contact with bees, a demonstration of several types of (even unusual) beehives and the use of bee products - honey, mead, beeswax, etc. We have a total of four types of excursions: in 1) for kindergartens, 2) for primary and secondary schools, 3) VIP for individuals, couples and families and 4) for the public.

The “Ave for All” project proposes a multidisciplinary and dynamic approach to enhance citizen involvement in the water resources management. The ecological quality and biodiversity of the Ave River were monitored, and restoration measures were promoted. Additionally, more than 120 theoretical and practical environmental education actions were carried out to empower target groups with tools to track freshwater quality, debate opinions, and standardize procedures among parish councils

Inclusive spaces for new educational models will be set up in Istituto San Giuseppe, a social cooperative that manages a group of schools in Florence. Creative solutions for flexible lab spaces will be co-designed by children, teachers, school psychologists, and researchers, to enhance active and participative learning for 6-11 years old children. All the students (regardless of age and ability) will be involved and supported by an adaptable multisensory space. Design for all, education for all.

Comvidro is a social project involving women in liable situations to craft and design new upcycling products from "wasted" glass bottles.
The Workshops were developed to promote creativity through sustainable practices while working on personal and social
personal and social skills. This activity fits into the logic of a circular and social economy circuit.

Pietralunga, a small village in the heart of Italy, in Umbria region, is a magical place, one of those territory where the time seems to be stopped and where the beauty of the nature floods the eyes. Together with my wife, born in Romania, we buy an old shabby looking country house and we start our new vision of connection with the nature: eco-tourism, sustainability, inclusion based on the sense of beauty and the re-connection with the nature.
