School of Design,Graphics and Sustainable Building unites in its essence craft, skills and esthetics and has made a goal to creatively transform the schoolyard based on sustainability, inclusion and general well-being. Within the school curriculum, students under the mentorship of their teachers envisage, create and implement their solutions to adapt school area to their needs. The schoolyard should serve as an extention of the Mediterranean atrium with birds, plants and decorative stones.

We've seen how the seemingly simple act of creating can be a force for growth, change, and discovery in people’s lives. We want to inspire and multiply the kind of creative exploration that furthers expression, learning and application. Jewelry Skills is an educational platform for creative and curious people, on topics including jewelry making, designing, freelancing, and more.

The Natural Building School, as part of the Spreeplan Projekt UG educational initiative, uses “learning through experience” in seminars and workshops to impart specialist knowledge on the subject of healthy, ecological building and renovation. The educational offer is aimed at adult professionals and laypeople as well as explicitly at children and young people. The events are held either in public educational institutions or in our own seminar center in Räbel (Saxony-Anhalt).

MY-CO SPACE is a habitable sculpture made of wood and fungi that invites the sensual reflection and exploration of sustainable ways of living and dwelling on our planet. The load-bearing wooden structure, covered with 330 fungal panels, is intended to make life in the smallest space (analogous to that of a space capsule) and co-habitation with fungi physically tangible. It was built from organic materials and thus fully biodegradable. Currently, it is on show at a University library in Berlin.

The International Master in Circular Construction prepares future experts in construction projects based on circularity, Implementation of built environment regeneration strategies and business models in circular economy. The construction sector needs to be transformed, and the circular economy applied to the industry exposes new principles and opportunities. Understanding the life cycle of assets and the construction value chain is necessary from a new approach that requires a paradigm shift.

With this project, we want to initiate social changes in several segments of our society. We want to achieve all these things by reducing the gap between the Roma and non-Roma population. We believe that education is one of the key tools for social inclusion in society, and young people are the main driving force of social change and progress. We believe that the activities in the project are fully correlated with the goals of the New European Bauhaus and the priorities of this Call for Proposal

A progressive 5-storey building and coverings connecting to an existing complex. The building shows wood as a cutting-edge material in a supporting structure for a pleasant and healthy building both on an urban scale as from within. It showcases circularity, inner workings and is adaptable to changing needs. A building to learn in and to learn from. The new future-proof extension reflects the ambitions of a leading technical school to set an inspirational example for new generations of students.

Art Centre Terezín is a project which aims to revive the fortress of Terezín, enhance creative industries and culture capital in Aussiger Region.
Linking creative, educational, social and commercial sphere in an organic way should create a vibrant spot where both individuals and companies come to create new ideas and solution in the name of sustainability.
