What is hidden beyond the elegant buildings of the Italian historical city centres? Interno Verde once a year exceptionally opens the secret gardens of Parma, Mantua and Ferrara to the public. For a weekend it trasforms the intimate and private space into a shared, inclusive space. It invites the communities to preserve their gardens, and to look at them with different eyes, as precious green islands which innervate the urban fabric, essential for protecting biodiversity and reducing pollution.

EasyFootings® is a new, sustainable and innovative category of foundation technology created out of concern for the environment based on a circular economy. It is distinguished by cost competitiveness, the possibility of repeated use and the reduction of CO2 by 80% due to the lack of concrete, the production of which is very emission-intensive. After all, we all want sustainable solutions to the challenges of population growth, urbanization, climate change and resource depletion.

At SALUBATA, we occupy a niche where we repurpose shoes from ocean deemed plastic wastes. These shoes are modular and saves over 70% of manufacturing energy and are designed to be recycled. Our near goal is to reach a critical mass of 1 million shoes that are made from old plastic bottle wastes, recollect the shoes and recycle them back into other shoes; thus attaining a closed loop system where zero waste escapes. With this model, we believe we can stamp out plastic pollution in its entirety.

By bringing people together and promoting social inclusion, the project aims to improve the overall well-being of the community, and to create a more cohesive and supportive environment for all members - disabled, orphans, seniors - who can not afford to pay for them. The project uses regular sport, cultural activities, and other recreational activities that are designed to be suitable for all participants, as a way to bring people together and foster a sense of belonging and inclusion.

A participatory project that unveiled various perspectives of relationships we build with each-other, through and with objects that surround us. 3 jewelry pieces wandered the world for 1 year, from host to host and explored connections: maker – wearer, past wearer – present wearer, object – person. The work itself was the journey of the pieces, changing context and environments, reflecting on host's personality, behaviors, routines.

With MOOT ("Made out of Trash") and the MOOT concept store we prove that one of the dirtiest industries of all - the fashion industry - can also be sustainable. MOOT focuses on upcycling, the complete reuse of already produced textiles. Our mass-suitable re-design products are made from 100% discarded textiles, which makes them by far the most sustainable way to produce new clothing. We require fewer production steps overall and produce exclusively in Germany.

The project consists on the renovation, modernization and adaptation of the historic building of Austeria for the purpose of giving it a new cultural and educational function. The main objective is to renovate of the Austeria building in Raszyn in Poland enabling preservation of the existing functions of the historic building and adaptation of the building into the Centre of Social and Cultural Integration. The target group Poles and foreigners living in Raszyn which is 8% of total population.

We are environmentalist enthusiasts who are passionate about biodegradable materials and we been working in a field of biodesign for years. We offer to you four different products completely from waste! We offer inventions - biomaterials, fuel, products, packaging - all completely from organic waste: healthy and biodegradable! We are also a group that educates about biodesign and bioart in the Balkan region.

The ”Legacy” makes dreams come true! Legacy Recreation Center it offers unique opportunities for relaxation and creativity to all people, regardless of age or social status, either using the swimming area, salt aerosols, bowling, creative area, sport or library. In addition to being inclusive, it has free entry for certain people from disadvantaged backgrounds, but also for people with disabilities, which makes it beautiful for our eyes, our mind, but especially for our soul.

JEME Designs is an independent sustainable fashion brand produced in a small atelier in Berlin that creates mainly sets of two pieces for women. All our collections are made with organic or deadstock fabrics carefully sourced from traditional textile manufacturers from Europe. We focus on small handmade production of limited pieces to generate zero waste for the environment and our packaging is plastic-free, working only with recyclable materials.
