The common goal of the architects Anna Heringer and Martin Rauch, the clients and craftsmen to build the RoSana guesthouse as healthy as possible for the people and the planet. The buildings purpose is a guesthouse for the Ayurveda retreat center RoSana in Rosenheim, Germany. It’s made for people who seek mental and physical stress relieve, who want to become focused on their inner strength, recharge their energy, get grounded.

The new coverage of the Ronda and its urbanization is a clear example of urban recycling,where the demands and demands of the city change,and with it its spaces. Three large wooden pergolas with photovoltaic panels, which little by little will be colonized by vegetation, shade the square and the boulevard, making this new social axis a quality public space. A new public space is designed in line with the climate emergency despite the technical conditions of the road infrastructure.

We utilise our spaces better with multiuse interiors yielding to different purposes throughout the day and providing an inspiring environment around the clock. Because our rooms can be both hotel rooms and offices, we’re sustainably in 24h use.

The construction of Kunskapshuset is an important part of the extensive social transformation in Gällivare as two communities will become one due to mining activities. In close collaboration with the municipality's representatives and school representatives, solutions on how the new Kunskapshuset and the entire block can be designed into an economically, ecologically, and socially sustainable, functional, and architecturally attractive whole was developed.
Through a thorough renovation, Søhusene developed from being a run-down housing department with rental problems to a beautiful and attractive residential area with long waiting lists.
Buurthaven is a beautiful green public space along Noordhollandsch Kanaal in the North of Amsterdam. After being used as a building site, this public space was temporarily 'given' to the neighborhood. Residents came up with initiatives such as a dog playground, a soup vegetable garden, a carpentry workplace and a public 'Gallic table' of 10 by 10 meters. Placemakers foundation supported the residents with realizing the public space design and programming it with events and activities.
The Chalets Group and Letellier Architects chose a bold transformation of the former MSA and Chamber of Agriculture of Haute-Garonne building, an iconic 1970s office building located along the Brienne Canal, into 153 student housing units - a project completed in September 2019. Our desire was to apply the same philosophy of "recycling", "continuity" and "reuse" to both the building and the furniture throughout the project.
"This house commands a distant view towards the sea-basin of the caldera and the northern part of the island. The north wind here serves as the main design feature, since it determines the articulation of the large openings towards the view. By utilizing aerodynamic principles, the force of the wind is trapped and detracted away from the building.” 1
The individual volumes have been modelled as if dug out of soft material, a reference to the local technique of dugout subterranean structures.
“Re-value Rivalta” is a unique multi-stakeholder and collaborative strategic design process aimed at envisaging the future identity and distinctive services of the Rivalta Ducal Palace and its park, in the Italian city of Reggio Emilia. Commissioned by the municipality to a group of co-design researchers of Politecnico di Milano, it involved several organizations from the most representative stakeholders of the city into a creative journey that contributed to a huge urban regeneration project.
