Seville Municipal Heritage Master Plan is a pioneering integrated management model tool designed for the first time for the preservation, transformation and reuse of a city's municipal heritage buildings, identifying and giving them a leading role in the green, digital and creative transition as a resource for sustainability, aesthetics and inclusion, having been applied experimentally and successfully in the 115 municipal heritage buildings in the city of Seville.

The pandemic has highlighted the need to prototype a collective and supportive response to the increasing demand for home delivery services. Facing this urgency, the Foundation started a project aimed at co-designing an ethical alternative to overcome the model of platform capitalism. This resulted in the creation of a new cooperative governance structure of platforms and a local network enabling a socially and environmentally sustainable provision of both groceries and book lending to citizens.

ESSERI URBANI elects art as a mean of reading the contemporary world, but also as a tool to take action on reality. It opens the curatorial practice and the artistic exercise to new possibilities: it’s an opportunity for research and experimentation, to bring together communities, landscapes and local architectures with contemporary artistic languages. The Festival takes place in the streets in a sort of widespread museum, with free admission and multimedia content accessible through QR code.

Estonoesunsolar is an experimental program to reactivate unused spaces in temporary public facilities. In Zaragoza 40 interventions are a new dinamic variable of a human scale city. Those abandoned spaces now represent the latent possibility of rescheduling the existing city, dealing the future with a more sustainable and inclusive criteria. Each plot is transformed in a temporary public space, meets a local demand, is co-designed and co-managed by local associationn

NOMA manufactures high-quality furniture and everyday objects, conceived by today’s influential designers. At the heart of our approach is purely ecological design, from A to Z .

In its first collection, NOMA wanted above all to promote the use of recycled materials through their design.

Creation was totally free and their focus on an ecological conception sought to minimize the environmental impact of the products created by their designers.

Fortunale could constitute one of the higher innovative bio-based sweaters in the green fashion market, naturally coloured and ethically designed to be eco-friendly as well as healthy. Furthermore, its business model will be endorsed by custom-made blockchain solutions based on privacy-by-design thinking. Fortunale want to be a traditional product but, at the same time, advanced in terms of innovation, circular economy and ethics consumerism. Recycle the garment up to 80% !! 

"Space around me" offers a method of timely education for children about our built environment. The intention is to raise awareness of the characteristics of the built space in an easy-to-understand way, through an individual process of observation and understand to the possibility of comprehension and creation. It should be kept in mind that today's children will determine the built space of the future that should be purposefully thought out, creatively designed and understandable to all.

Develop shared and free service offer for resident districts: welcoming residents on their arrival, concierge services, shared mobility, tools and services that will make everyday life easier for everyone, in a more sustainable city. The financing of the concept is based on the participation of real estate developers in supporting the concierge services

Is it possible to combine economic, social and environmental aspects in a sustainable urban regeneration process? How can algorithms and modelling strategies match and satisfy community needs? Porto di Mare Eco-District project combines a multi-scale design, focused on a bottom-up holistic approach, acting on people and transforming users into more sensible agents. The outcome is a replicable approach for similar urban rural contexts, to be used at 360-degrees.

We tend to preserve what we find aesthetically pleasing. However, boredom creates our mundane life while being unnoticed most of the time. Similar to microdistricts, repetition of blocks has lost any deeper attention apart from standing still. This project invites us to stop and stare into everydayness as an act of building the mindset of tomorrows.

Here I ask myself; what can be done to awaken the sleeping blocks, giving them a chance to thrive again?
