‘'Kuss'' are sound absorption panels designed to bring calmness into homes, open offices and any other public spaces by absorbing the excessive noise. Panels are made out of ecological and non-toxic composite by using organic rich lake sediments - sapropel as a binder, mixed with natural fibres. The extraction of sapropel helps to improve the quality of freshwater resources and lake ecosystems. Carabanchel Creativa seeks to achieve social, cultural and economic activation in the neighborhood of Carabanchel in Madrid, through the Orange Economy, creativity, citizen participation, new visualization technologies and digital connection, using the neighborhood as a laboratory for creation and experimentation. With its own methodology in 8 phases of action.

The key concepts of the project are: ACTIVATION of processes, CONNECTION of people, APPROPRIATION of the results by the people.

Hectic lifestyle calls for shorter solutions to our day-to-day problems. As we aim to maximise productivity within our daily routines, one particular category we can look at is how to improve the homemaking process and better manage household chores. The biggest question and the one most frequently neglected - our aftermeal hygiene.

As a faucet & dishwasher hybrid, our kitchen routine has become more efficient. A major design overhaul has allowed it to command such a compact form factor.

The central place was completely repaired. It has not been renovated for more than 40 years - the tiles and benches were broken, there was no lighting. With the implementation of the project, the following things were made - a new flooring of high-pressed blocks and curbs, benches with pergolas, as well as waste bins, a children's playground with swings and two large combined children's facilities. An electrical network has been completely built. So now there is a place for relaxing.

SciberCity has developed a method that blends design and sustainability to create future personas in the form of 'SciberPunks'. These are augmented humans with capabilities to listen to and speak on behalf of the concerns of the environment and creatures that inhabit it. They are based on real environmental data and are meant to help urban design teams consider beyond human concerns when designing cities or other spaces, and to better understand the impacts of certain design choices on nature.

Project ZERO IMPACT was as a cooperation of two educational institutions (AFAD Bratislava, SK and FUD UJEP Ustí n. Labem, CZ) as part of the WEARME FASHION DESIGN PROGRAM. It aims to contribute to the development of a sustainable fashion market by involving professionals from the fashion industry to support a future generation of designers. The project aims to connect the creative community with general public to raise awareness and increase knowledge about the.sustainable fashion on local level

The loss of one of the most important pollinators is threatening the environment. Each beekeeper who digitally monitors his or her hives has a valuable tool for managing and better taking care of honeybees. Such efforts directly help local bees. Get closer to nature. Become a part of nature’s reproductive mechanisms by learning how to keep bees the smart way.

Science Gallery ignites creativity and discovery where science and art collide. It develops an ever-changing programme of interactive exhibitions and events fuelled by the expertise of scientists, researchers, students, artists, designers, inventors, creative thinkers and entrepreneurs to encourage young people to learn through their interests. The focus is on providing experiences that allow visitors to participate and facilitate social connections, always providing an element of surprise.

Coltivando is a community garden within the Politecnico di Milano campus, co-designed by service and spatial design students and researcher and the local community of the "Bovisa" neighbourhood and today managed by a group of citizens in collaboration with the university. Built in 2012, it is a productive, didactic and meeting place where cultivate organic fruits and vegetables and collaborate with local associations and commercial activities.

Many European department stores are becoming irrelevant in city centers as the digital transformation moves forward. A demolition of these huge buildings would be an immense waste of the resources and energy that was used to build them. The concept aims at a sustainable and circular transformation, to form them into adaptive, inclusive and forward-looking structures. The goal is to recover social sustainability and implement innovative offers in the urban context.
