The goal of the project is to take a proven system of sustainable agriculture and through universal design enable producers to use that system. Food systems are changing, with the rise of the machine age there is a greater push and emphasis towards sustainability. The goal is to give farmers insights relating to their own farming practices that consider environmental factors and ecological factors will benefit both farmers and the environment.
Using the respiratory system of cricket as inspiration for the facade renovation design and technique, this proposal improves the energy efficiency of social dwellings in the Netherlands by reusing wood materials from demolition.
Firstly, it will be performed the addition of wood fibre insulation throughout all the external wall; and secondly, the addition of a bio-inspired open-joint ventilated facade with a natural air circulation that cools the building during summer.
Our project is a cultural centre in Tartu, Estonia. It consists of a library, concert halls, art museum and rental spaces. The modular timber buildings are situated in a park and our concept is to disrupt the functions of it as little as possible. To achieve that, we made the roofs green and sloped, sliding the indoor structures under the corners of the existing park, which we left as is in the middle. The roofs are walkable and also serve as entrances to the upper floors.

The Recyclinghaus is an experimental building, which was created from reused, recycled and recyclable components in a decomposable construction. Following the approach "form follows availability", it is a prototype that tests the possibilities and potential of various types of recycling in the real laboratory. The result is a unique house with distinctive aesthetics that has been planned and constructed in a cycle-oriented and resource-saving way.
The aim is to design an open-air school, in which the lessons would be able to be transferred from the inside of the building to an open, green space, changing the perspective of education from an obligation to a pleasant activity and reconnecting younger generations with nature. A layer is designed under which all the functions of the school are housed, while on top of it a new park is created. The park constitutes a part of the urban tissue and at the same time a green lung for the area.

When we think of the Meridiana building, it comes to mind as a very quiet and reserved place which really speaks for itself with all its history and the particular events that happened there in the past. Our goal with our insertion at the Meridiana is to involve the user through the historical building, making as much of the complex visible, perceptible and flexible as possible, all without allowing its historical meaning and presence to get lost in translation.
