Roots is a pioneering real estate project in the south of Luxembourg, breathing new life into a former industrial wasteland that was once the beating heart of the steel industry, transforming it into a sustainable living space. This 20,000 m² development includes residential units, offices and commercial spaces. Roots embraces circularity in its broadest sense, adopting a holistic approach that includes eco-design, carbon footprint reduction, use of reclaimed materials, disassembly & reuse.
Beyond exploring the relationship between the urban and the rural from an artistic approach through the dance piece, BIÉ (VER) has the ultimate aim of acting as a cultural intervention mechanism to address the demographic situation in rural areas. To this end, not only would it be proposed that the dance piece would be toured to different rural areas, but also the possibility of holding workshops focused on breaking (the discipline through which the piece itself is created) would be added.

High level of civic activity, experience of international cooperation and openness of local authorities and public assets to cooperation at the regional, national and international levels. It prompted us to develop a plan-project of a sports and recreation complex near our lyceum. Our goal was to provide an opportunity to conduct classes related to physical culture and wellness activities to strengthen health and develop sports skills among students not only in our community.

Soft Infrastructure explores how common reed can be used as a sustainable material for erosion control. Conventional methods rely on synthetic materials that disrupt ecosystems and cultural landscapes. This project repurposes reed grown in eutrophic waters into grids that stabilise soil, by protecting it from rain and wind while allowing native plants to recover as the reed decomposes. Community engagement is central, reflecting the Finnish talkoot tradition—collective labor for the common good.

Robotics Valley, from 2019 to present aims to be an innovative social venture. Our students who drive their robots, are emerging as rising stars on the path of the region's Just Transition. By aligning local resources with NEB principles and promoting a participatory approach, by and for high school students, it embraces a multidisciplinary perspective focused on robotics. This enables students to create local solutions to global challenges and catalyze the change inspired by the Jiu Valley NEB.

Inventory is an experimental architectural research and exhibition concept that critically examines the ongoing demolition of modern, everyday buildings, uncovering the institutional, cultural, and political structures driving this process. The concept seeks to redefine our relationship with modern, altered, and mass-produced architecture, advocating for a more ecologically sustainable, socially inclusive, and aesthetically diverse built environment.

Urban Connection transforms public spaces with multifunctional, sustainable structures that merge art, sport, and social interaction. Designed for skateboarding and beyond, it fosters inclusivity and urban vibrancy. Using locally sourced materials from South Tyrol’s unique geological heritage, the project promotes creative, participatory urban design while embracing sustainability. Through collaboration and innovation, we redefine public space for a more connected and dynamic community.

Preserving wildlife populations is a very important task, as the loss of species diversity will trigger the destruction of the ecosystem as a whole. One of the dangerous factors affecting wild animals is stress. Every animal lives in a certain ecosystem, which is destroyed by human actions. The animal is forced to migrate and look for new habitats, which causes stress, which later causes its death.

4th nature 5th facade is a platform for the seed of life to grow freely, and evolve into a continuous ecosystem. While respecting the historical fabric of the centre of Lisbon, this green infrastructure improves biodiversity by connecting fragmented habitats, and mitigates floodings and extreme heats by retaining water and regulating moisture. By following distributed design principles, this upgrade of the traditional roof tile—together with nature—can spread and make cities more resilient.
