We believe in strong communities & the end of ownership. Our goal is to cocreate a distributed fashion design network with global data distribution and local micro production. Imagine a world of open source designs and real cocreation whereby all can participate in designing and making the clothes they want to wear. Materials are sourced locally, regional fashion develops. The transormation requires a shift in consumerism, breaking the global supply chain and involves empowering communities.

36 Citizens in the city of Nijmegen (The Netherlands) who live in an old monastery build themselves a community climate adaptation rainwater infiltration and harvesting system. The rainwater flows into a storage tank and when the tank is full the water flows into infiltration crates in the ground. All the rainwater pipes are disconnected from the sewage system. The citizens are tenants of a social housing association and keep this way their rent also low by using the rainwater.

Sacra Experience is a different way to relation with the enviroment. It is a transformation concept that connect a selection of artists to the public and the landscape , the community and the protected natural area. The project presents housing and installations offer at Lugar of Pincelo(Chantada) an unique mountain and riverside small village, mantaining a deep cooperation to other  cultural development projects around the area. Trifoi Fest 2021 was the first edition of an environmental festival for producers, consumers and other stakeholders sharing a common dream: living better with less. It was a sustainable marketplace for goods and services crafted according to the festival’s six core values: circular, local, organic, vegan, ethical, resilient (CLOVER). It also provided a space for debates on topics such as: waste management, collapse and degrowth.

The interdisciplinary renaturation project goals a comprehensive greening of an industrial building complex. In the course of an inclusive cooperative planning process. The participating employees, researchers from the company's green space management (Austrian Motorways) were equipped with different user interests and ecological concerns.The site is an existing of an industrial building complex, situated around a courtyard, consisting of a remarkable office building, workshops and garages.

KRATER is a community-led production space for eco-social practitioners, which sprouted from the neglected, crater-like construction site near the city center of Ljubljana. Site-specific production stations — papermaking workshop, wood workshop, myco-design lab & the sanctuary for abandoned potted plants — are set to produce environmentally conscious materials, practices and alliances which invite urban communities to open their eyes to the land and each other anew.

The research behind the exhibition desires to find new narratives to imagine a new, sustainable and responsible future for the land and its inhabitants. Generating art in alternative spaces, extraneous to profit logic and inclusive towards the community, favor responsive behavior for the planet that hosts us and transforms the exhibition into a moment of aesthetic and ethical experience between the encounter between biological species, humans, non-human, and digital elements.

The Food Design Lab is a space for collaborative experimentation with a team of specialized professionals who seek to reestablish relationships with society through gastronomy and design with the sustainability of our food systems. The main objective is to bring new perspectives on contemporary food lifestyles to a space of experimentation, collaboration and knowledge sharing. Through innovation, knowledge and experiences, we want to reconnect consumers with local communities and producers.

The project encouraged students of a public secondary school of Barcelona to discover urban biodiversity in their school environment, to vindicate their lives and to negotiate with politicians for an urban intervention that yielded space for spontaneous forms of lives. As a result, part of the street was transformed in a vegetable lane for butterflies, bumblebees, ladybugs and other arthropods. This intervention is both a permanent artwork in the public space and an urban refuge for pollinators.

The Rural Commons Festival explored the open concept of rural commons through the format of an itinerant festival. The festival was co-designed and co-led by multiple community-based stakeholders in three alpine valleys. Over three week-ends, with over 30 different activities the festival explored a long tradition of practices of collective care for rural habitats. It invited to care for historical and emerging commons as a way to locally and collaboratively deal with global challenges.
