The fundamental change of  Carlota Pérez life , the coreographer and curator artist who is behind  Sacra experience has marqued this project. The artist has chosen to move from the urban enviroment of A Coruña to the rural Area of the Ribeira Sacra. The first step was buying an abandonned house and restored it to live in acompanied by her two children. Only four people remained living at Lugar de Pincelo  in 2020 but thanks to this project nowadays 10 people became permanent inhabitants of the village, and many other people started to buy and restores houses in it. this project collaborates with the locals through to the Pincelo Terrace, a local products gourmet tasting bussiness whom come from the neighbours vegetables  and ecowine production. Through the activities foffred by our project a deep relation has been created with the closer village called Chantada (7000 people). The project has been adquired other two abandonned builts to be restored as a classroom and tourism lodging.

Key objectives for aesthetics and quality

The main structure of ancient architecture has been repected at the same time that we restored the spaces in order to offer a high quality experience to visitants and participants(access and services) . The terraces structure for the gourmet tasting area has been designed to duplicate the effect of the famous winegrowing ancient terraces of Ribeira Sacra. . The different spaces are designed to make people feel like home, a part of our community.
