The challenge is to create a project that had no economic impact and doesn’t exploit new resources through the use of recycled materials. The first step is to build a database of waste and excess material from some companies close to the project site. Those materials are the fulcrum around which to develop architectural solutions giving them new life. This database can be use by those who would undertake the same design process. This system could be replicated for any other project and territory

Un-Residual is a research hub focused on materials obtained from local organic waste. The project is intended as a replicable model which constitutes a network: each hub establishes a symbiotic relationship with its proximal ecosystem, from its monitoring and study to material production and innovation. Local citizens, researchers and companies are involved in a collaborative environment where to change the paradigm of local production chains and start new conversations about sustainable living.

The idea stems from the desire to link the urban project with the city project in a single multi-scale vision, working on morphology and landscape: it consists in the definition of a methodological approach that can reread urban and rural sub-areas dialoguing with the existing. The potential is the possibility of acquiring a structuring role for urban regeneration by generating common goods at the service of the city.

The borderless port of Eksportosta breaks down the borders between the port and the city and creates a vivid melting pot between tourism, leisure and contemporary culture. An elevated promenade stretches across the territory to provide a unique opportunity to observe the activities taking place in the passenger port. The project emphasises the importance of opening former restricted industrial areas to the public to create a diverse, inclusive and sustainable environment.

The project aims to develop a digital platform that connects local producers and consumers. This platform will help small-scale local producers overcome the challenges of high costs and technical knowledge required for creating and maintaining a digital storefront. The goal is to promote local and responsible consumption in Europe by leveraging digitalization to make local products more widely known and accessible.

The project proposes a strategy for the regeneration of the fragile areas of Barcelona in Spain. The site identified as a fragile area and chosen for the project is the district of Sant Martì, a former industrial area of Barcelona where it is expected to have great interventions in the future. The objective of the project is to regenerate the district of Sant Martì from the urban and sustainable point of view, creating an ecological green network in accordance with the Superilles project.

An ideal district concept has been on my mind since I started my degree and fell in love with urban planning. This engineers' project is the materialization of my vision in written and graphic form. This work is a synthesis of all the most important contemporary design ideas and methods currently existing in urban design, architecture and construction. Low water retention, mass timber, mixed-use 15-minute cities," car-free cities, autonomous cities, socially engaging and green public spaces.
