The aim of the project is to implement an energy supply system driven by the Municipality of Miskolc. A solar power plant was built on the 20-hectare recultivated landfill site in Bogáncs Street. The landfill was closed in 2006. With the establishment of the solar power plant, the area owned by the municipality has been reused, which will significantly improve the urban landscape, the living conditions of the people living in the area and ensure the regularity of the area.

On a former East German agricultural co-op site a Masterplan for a new extension to the existing village of Streu was designed to adapt to local climate conditions. Several building typologies have been developed to enable modular, pre-fabricated timber buildings. The floor plans are flexible, adaptable and support seasonal living. The design is referencing back to traditional climate-responsive three-sided farmsteads of the area. A central Barn building offers communal and co-working spaces.

RogLab Creative Hub is a shared community space in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The original plans in 2012 envisaged it as a way of involving a wide range of stakeholders in the revitalisation of the former Rog factory in the city centre. With input from 6000+ early users and 450 + diverse stakeholders who have helped shape its vision and programme, RogLab model has now been scaled into a new public institution for the 21^st century, focusing on sustainable development.

In Galicia we have one of the most extensive diffuse cities in Europe. 1.2M people live in it; 60% in single-family houses.

The entire road system is dominated by cars.

This intervention is a milestone. For 12years, together with the neighbors, we have worked to update/transform 5km of paths and roads as a pedestrian and cyclable street that connects us with nearby urban centers.

The intervention has only been running for 6months and has already become a new paradigm called to be replicated.

In the framework of the project the designated action area was the Diósgyőr town centre. One of the main development elements of the project was the improvement of an area in the centre of the town, at the crossroads between the historic part of the town and the modern housing estate, which has been neglected for many years and is known to the population as the "little plum core". The aim of the development was to create a representative community space.

Made in Carcere is "attention to people, the environment, the community" and wants to promote their development by changing the philosophy of life and lifestyles. Made in Carcere is an initiative that already boasts an experience of over 16 years playing a pioneering role in the world of social innovation: it cleared the word PRISON and enabled the reuse of materials in a creative and completely innovative way (and not at all pathetic).

The Central Cornellà is a historic complex where the industrial garden, a unique example in the region, has been recovered and restored. The main objective is to obtain a sustainable, ecological and enjoyable place, as well as maintaining it’s original industrial function, but with an environmental and landscape interpretation and enhancement of the space. 

Ilmastoseikkailu (Climate Adventure) is an event and a group of young people that bring together those interested in sustainability and adventurous events. The concept of the event is based on interaction where all parties learn and inspire each other to work for the climate, both in their own lives and as part of civil society. The event is held in summer on a sailing ship, where workshops, sailing and connecting with like-minded people take place in the beautiful Finnish Archipelago.  

Infrastructures are the only elements of road transport, or can they also be spaces crossed by citizens? This metropolitan connection acts as a new green infrastructure for Barcelona and its near municipalities, empowering its productive landscape and renaturalizing the environment as a new strategic limit for the metropolis. A fast and direct connection with the Collserola Natural Park, functioning as a new green door for the city.

The project is an experiment in cooperation between the design of public space and culture - culture as a driver of sustainable development and well-being. The goal of the project was to build an environment, a cube, which enabled heightened and sustained awareness of the built environment its corresponding community. Not only through the promotion of reading, but also in changing the perception of where and when people can exchange ideas and share their values.
