The Berlin Metropolitan School in Berlin-Mitte is housed in a pair of existing prefabricated structures from the GDR era, which were built in 1987 in "SBR 80" construction method that was widely used at the time. The project includes roof extensions on three of the existing buildings as well as a side extension at the entrance to the schoolyard. The new additional space provide rooms for offices, access to a roof garden, and a large auditorium where the main events of the school year are held.

SOPA is a “different” congress, developed in rural areas, and with which it is intended to promote collective sentiment, the emancipation of knowledge and the co-creation of content and methodologies. In addition, the SOPA Congress intends to explore a new research path that allows understanding the heritage-society relationship and fostering an exchange of knowledge between the academic world and the community through actions that enable connections between people, knowledge and affections.

VertiWalk provides independent mobility and access, light, safe and healthy exercise and a sense of achievement.

VertiWalk does not need any power, is fully circular, is simpler to produce than (stair)lifts and easy to install in most European housing stock.

The privately run museum-like vacation home Taut´s Home is part of a UNESCO World heritage site in the German capital. It has been meticulously restored and is completely furnished in 1920s style from the Bauhaus era. The house makes architectural history tangible and proofs the quality of timeless design. The innovative project communicates a significant phase of European town planning and was frequently awarded and covered. Besides that, it triggered a number of follow-up projects.

PaperBot is a small device built with LEGO Mindstorms which reacts to motion or presence by moving paper foldings. It combines digital and physical computation, i.e., low tech kinetic properties of materials - the memory of folded paper - with mechanical actuators as found in LEGO Mindstorms and its coding possibilities.

Climate Change Theatre Action 2019 was a worldwide distributed festival of short plays about the climate crisis. CCTA used theatre to bring communities together and encourage them to take local and global action on climate. It encouraged leadership and self-determination, made it easy for everyone to engage with an art form they may not be familiar with, and empowered people from all walks of life to harness their creative potential and put it in service of the greater good.

PhiTOilet is ecological, beautiful and accessible-to-all:

based on phytodepuration, it's autonomous from sewer;

it's flexible, it adapts its aspect using on site materials to perfectly integrates with various surrounding landscapes;

it's inclusive and accessible-to-all due to Universal Design principles, removes obstacles which, even today, negatively affect the daily life of millions of EU citizens with disability

it's modular and economical both in implementation and management.

The Master MDGAE prepares the future experts in environmental, social and economic sustainable design for a New Architecture that integrates sustainability strategies in harmony with architectural criteria. The objective is to impact positively on the environment and on the well-being and health of people. After 10 years, in an international context, this Master's degree offers innovative learning methods based on the interdisciplinary integration of sciences, arts and social disciplines.

Sporta pils dārzi is a non-profit project organized by the citizens of Riga to transform and, for the first time, open the former Sporta pils territory after its demolition in 2009. The project is the first example in the Baltics of how temporarily exhausted lots can become lush community gardens where social barriers are overcome by sharing and caring and involving civic society and public and private sectors.

Inspired by Circular design thinking RawFiction developed a new technology processing local, natural, renewable, end-of-life material to provide a solution for an increase of indoor noise pollution with all the benefits of the natural material wool.
