Konopacki Palace is a place of culture. Once a classical mansion built for its owner in the 19th century, preserved the two world wars, served as public housing, schools and kindergartens, till it slowly went to rack and ruin and was shut down in the early 2000s.

Brand new and fully renovated is now a great place to be. Open to the public, full of music, dance and laughter brings joy to the local community and is a symbol of Praga-North, district which changed a lot thanks to revitalisations.

This new school is built on an abandoned urban area. By reusing this abandoned area, the school demonstrates a practical approach to social sustainability, not only as an excellent green building. It's a pilot project with the aim of encouraging a holistic approach towards circular economy principles to ensure the building design responds to environmental protection, health and well-being, and create a sense of community. 

Europe's biggest Impact Hub is home to a new generation of impact entrepreneurs. Located in the heart of Berlin with 3,500m² of community coworking, offices, café and maker labs, the space embodies circular thinking in all aspects of its creation and operation. With its circular and barrier free design, the application of reuse materials wherever possible as well as the zero-waste and renewable energy focused operational concept, the building is a showcase for sustainability and inclusive design

Barbanza Ecosocial Lab is an action research project to support and amplify sustainable land management initiatives that are promoted by local communities so they can become inspiring examples to others. The collaboration between non-profit organisations, the university and locals, especially in communal managed areas, aimed to recover the links between the local knowledge of older generations and the younger ones, that the last decades of unsentitive development has broken.

La Fraise is born of our desire to question numerical-control machines potentialities in manufacturing and reuse. 

From 2016, we imagine and carry out this mobile numerical design and manufacturing studio. 

It allows us to question the ways to produce, reuse and self-produce.

Thanks to La Fraise, we design collective actions and projects in cultural, social, educational facilities and encourage the public to question their environment by doing.

The project consists of the creation of a virtual and augmented reality application for the Rodopi National Park. It represents a complex application that provides a modern educational tool for all visits of Primary and Secondary Education students from Greece and abroad in both Greek and English. The main goal of the activity is to change and improve our perception of natural environments by transmitting virtually the feelings or the experiences we have when we connect with nature.

TINI aims to reconnect living with nature by creating sustainable and modular living solutions that seamlessly integrate with the environment, harmoniously coexisting with nature.

A 16-hours hybrid training to empower young climate leaders in Carnide, Lisbon, with a special focus on ages of 15 to 30-years old and NEET (Not in Employment, Education nor Training). Participants learned about the Sciences of Climate Change, the future of work in a decarbonized society and the sustainability challenges of Carnide. Having access to Systems Innovations tools, they could learn in loco and propose practical projects and solutions to their own territory.

Little Finlandia is a wooden temporary and transportable building where whole pine trees are used as load-bearing columns while they create forest-like atmosphere. The design utilizes nature’s own engineering and so reduces processing. Little Finlandia replaces the Finlandia Hall during it’s renovation. After it’s completed, the Little Finlandia will be disassembled and relocated to a second site for use as a school or kindergarten. The project was a student work at Aalto University.

Sending them off into new chapters of existence they get a chance to shine again, to tell a new story, to collaborate with someone they never thought was possible. A new chapter of co-existence and belonging. Together they strive to become something new or something just different. Something they only can achieve by being assembled next to one another. The parts are matched and fitted together to create both symbiosis and clashes. To start conversations, dialogues and new paths.
